Jack in the box has the best breakfast out of all fast food. Extreme sausage sandwich is my favorite. its normally hot fresh, but last few times it's cold like they made the eggs an hour ago . I don't understand why . I rather wait, then pay 6 dollars for a cold sandwich. It's ridiculous how high these prices are . I should never be served cold breakfast. Then if I ask for it to be made fresh they look at you crazy. Guess ima have to stop being lazy and create my own .

Tried ordering on the app to get my reward and when I go to check out, it does not even process. I keep hitting check out and it does not do nothing. Not right when you try to Collect rewards. Was going to order on Saturday and this is the reason we went somewhere else. Fix it please.
I drove here at 9:30 am today and there was absolutely no one here. If y’all are closed maybe change the hours of the store.waist of gas

It's such a friendly and inviting place!! The workers always great me with a smile and get my order right every single time without fail! I come here almost 5 times every week and their attitude stays the same with new customers as well!

This Jack in the Box is awesome. The food is prepared the way that I ordered it. The customer service is top notch. I'm saying this because, I'm an individual with a server speech impediment. I ordered through the drive-thru and the guy who works the window is always patient with me when I'm struggling to communicate my order. It means a lot to have individuals who care and want the best for their customers. Thank you and your service and professionalism is greatly appreciated.
