The Jamba store itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. It’s always well organized, and you can tell they actually take pride in keeping the place nice. The layout makes it easy to order, wait, and grab your drink without feeling cramped or overwhelmed, even when it’s busy. It just has a good, positive vibe when you walk in.
The staff working there are a big reason the store feels so comfortable. They’re genuinely nice, respectful, and patient, and they keep things moving without being rude or rushed. You can tell they’re doing their best, and they deserve way more credit than they get. Some of the negative reviews tearing this store down are honestly unfair. either people don’t have basic patience or they’re just being mean for no reason. This location is run well, the workers are kind, and the store is exactly what it should be: clean, friendly, and reliable.

I don’t even know where to start. I witnessed the most nasty interaction. My friend ordered an açaí bowl from this Jamba Juice and it was literally watery. Not “a little melted,” not “slightly off” — straight soup. Anyone with eyes could tell something was wrong.
She went back inside TWO minutes later to ask for it to be remade, and instead of fixing it, the Team leader (Allison) decided to argue with her. She kept saying, “I just made it, it wasn’t like that when I saw it,” while also admitting she had just seen her. So which is it? Because if you just made it and just saw her, there’s no excuse for it being watery already.
Her attitude was dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional. No apology. No customer service. Just gaslighting like the bowl magically turned into water on its own in under two minutes. When my friend asked for a refund, Allison argued her down while processing it, making the situation even worse. This is absolutely disgusting you shouldn’t treat people like this why are these people still employed.
If you don’t want to remake food you clearly messed up, just say that — but don’t argue with customers like they’re lying when the product is clearly wrong. Açaí bowls are expensive, and nobody is paying for fruit-flavored water and an attitude.
Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer service.

While ordering my açaí bowl, a customer came in to say her bowl wasn’t up to par. The bowl was liquid and looked like fruit soup. The shift lead, Allison, argued with the customer and said she had made two bowls correctly, when in fact she had not, because my bowl was the same way, liquid and nasty. The fruit was horrible, and the employees were rude and nasty. I would never recommend this Jamba to my worst enemy. The whole store needs to be shut down, and the shift lead needs to be fired. The entire interaction was just disgusting, as was my bowl. After reading the reviews of this place, I see others have had the same experience. Again, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The management needs to change.

We just left there. Spent $40 + and not only was the person working the epitome of low morale, we found hair in our food! I brought it to her attention and was offered a refund or remake and she maintained the same unfriendly attitude and didn’t even apologize for the filthy food. We have historically dined at this location but no more. The employees are never really friendly and now we know they’re not clean!

Unorganized. They open at 7. Got here at 7:40.. waited in the drive thru until 7:58 when a worker finally asks me over the speaker too come back in 20 minutes. Not the first time this has happened. This was actually my first time coming here in quite some time bc of past occurrences similar to this.

I am so excited to post this review due to the fact that I’ve noticed several reviews that mention spotty customer service - therefore I love to report that my visit was EXCELLENT! I was cheerfully greeted the moment I walked in the door by a super friendly young woman behind the counter.
The store was very clean and organized perfectly. Displays were stocked and neatly arranged, the counters and tables were clean. She was soooooooo patient as I painstakingly agonized over what I wanted to order (I wanted everything 🤷🏻♀️) but I landed on the Açaí Primo bowl which was soooooooooo unbelievably good! I am embarrassed to admit I dug into it before remembering to take a photo of it, which is definitely one of my weaknesses that I need to work on - I see it and eat it. Which is sad because it was one of the most spectacular presentations I’ve seen to date on drive-thru-fast-food style setups like Jamba. So kudos for that! The fruit was beautiful and so fresh! Even the bananas (which we all know are a particularly finicky fruit to try and present after 3.2 seconds post-peel) and the blueberries were perfectly firm and sweet! Just enough honey and the açaí was amazing! Sooooooooo good!
I also ordered my go-to, all-time favorite smoothie - the Strawberry Surfrider. There’s just none better on a hot Texas “early fall but still 7th circle of Hell hot weather” kinda day.
Then I had the pleasure of chatting with the other young woman working there and she was an absolute joy as well! Chatty, smiling, friendly! Just amazing staff on duty today!

The individuals that work at this specific location, are absolutely rude. They have an attitude about everything, and they barely greet you when you walk in. Too busy on phones, talking to each other, and catch an attitude (slams sliding door in your face) if asked to correct something. It’s not a good look for your business, and this can drive your customers away. Please be more kind, you’re working in CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this is not the right profession for you, quit. Specifically August 18, 2025 during the 6pm hour.
