Got there to pick up online order. First worker was helping a set of people. Handed them their stuff saw me at registered went towards the back to what I could assume was wash the blender and not once acknowledge me or greet me. There was also a big set lady sitting at the register with her phone out and a laptop. I stood there starting at her seeing when she’d great me. Took a good solid few minutes that I noticed she was not going to help me, that is when I said hello I need to pick up an order.that is when she proceeded to finally look at me. Since she was so busy on her phone.the worst customer service. The place was also hot looked like the AC was out as they had the front door propped open with some sort of sign and it was hot and muggy in there.

By far one of the worst establishments I ever visited. This location off of 99 kuykendahl.
The staff was sitting in the customer chairs when we arrived
They looked upset when we showed up
Staff did not greet us or welcome
It is very HOT in the establishment
We had a gift card so only trying this place out she informed us the gift card button doesn't work
I will never return here ever again, I see why no one is at this location.
RUN!!!! FAST 🏃‍♀️ ⏩️

We drove 45m to this location because we love Jamba Juice, we ordered carrots and honey juice blended with crushed ice, and they gave us ORANGE juice?!!!!!
When we asked them to correct the order, they gave us just carrots juice by itself?! How could we drink it?! And it was the big size!!!
Also we asked for the cheddar twist, they gave us tomato twist?!!! We waisted $30 plus time, miles

Do not spend your money here! I purchased a Jamba gift card late last year from THIS LOCATION and was told this morning that they no longer accept it because there is a new franchise owner. This new owner has a Jamba sign on their store and needs to honor the Jamba gift cards purchased from this location. The employee was very polite, it is not their fault , but I will not be back.

A nice space to drink a delicious smoothie. My personal recommendation is the banana, peanut butter and chocolate powder with almond milk and yogurt, you wont regret it.

Shame on you, corporate! One man running this place by himself! Got my order wrong twice, I didn't have the heart to correct him again he was so overwhelmed.Edit: Contacting you will do no good. I've worked fast food/retail. If I complain, it's the workers who get punished. But I want customers to know this location is not properly staffing the place, so they can expect 20+ minute wait times for incorrect orders because corporate is failing their employees! If you go, please be patient with the staff. This is an inhumane situation their bosses put them in and they're doing their best. I won't be returning anytime soon. I'd rather spend my money somewhere they treat their employees well.

Never been to this place before. I ordered a smoothie and CAI tropical bowl. Total was $20, definitely my last visit. The bowl was disgusting. The smoothie was good but not worth the price. There was only one person working. Handling transactions and preparing food. The bowl was this purple gooey mess on the bottom with some coconut flakes and granola. Oh yeah the pineapples sucked

They have one person doing all the work. Waited 10 mins in the drive thru just to get my order taken then had to wait again to get my smoothie. If I have to wait 30 mins for a mediocre smoothie I would rather go to smoothie king.

We’re going with 1 star why you may ask yourself? I asked for two açaí promo bowls. One açaí primo with Nutella and the other just the way it comes. When we get the bowl it has peanut butter in it. The lady goes “oh do you want me to remake it” I say “yes please.” What the hell is this??? She added extra Nutella and scooped off the peanut butter. At this point why did you ask me if I wanted it remade? God forbid if I had a peanut allergy. That woman in particular needs to be more attentive and aware of what she’s doing. I asked her if I was overcharged she said no. Looking at the receipt I see they charged me for the wrong item yet, the ingredients were the açaí primo just with peanut butter and Nutella.

I have recently tried this location… This establishment goes above and beyond EACH & EVERY TIME I come in, as well as when I choose to use the drive-thru on the days I am in a hurry! This business is managed by a very welcoming and courteous Gentleman by the name of Sam- always ensuring his customers are leaving satisfied. Keep up the great work! I always look forward to returning to this location knowing I am respected as a paying customer!

Stopped in today to order my favorite drink. Orange dream machine and purchased one for husband as well. Worst drink i have ever had and cost over $17. Asked for different option because it was that bad and young girl behind counter told me yeah i can do another option but you have to pay again and said it with an attitude. I told her nevermind just remake same one and again it tasted horrible. I asked for manager number and she gave me a fake phone number. Left drinks on countertop and walked out. $17 wasted and will never go back. Shameful that staff act like this and clearly she had no interest in keeping a customer or having a satisfied customer. Going to reach out to corporate since have no way to reach local manager. Contact infor ahould be posted in store for issues such as this. Trusting your business to teenagers who clearly have had zero customer service training is not the best idea.
