So I work for Uber Eats and my customer called me because his order and the name was incorrect. When i arrived I told the employee what customer i was picking up for and i even showed him so I assumed he gave me the correct order but apparently he didn't because when I did the drop off the customer called me saying the order was incorrect. So I called the store just to let them know the employee made a mistake and the lady on the phone was very sweet and she sent me to the Manager. I was just explaining what happen and he stopped me from talking and he got upset and started being rude and threatening me and trying to block me from all orders in the future at this store. Lol I wasn't even mad, I was just telling him the situation. The lady was sweet and cool but he has a very short fuse. Unprofessional. I've done over 30 orders here and made yall lots of money. He's got to learn how to talk to people because he got upset quick lol

I haven’t had Jason’s deli in sooooo long since I moved from southeast Houston. It was always packed in there so getting food Always took forever. But I went during the week around 11 so it wasn’t too bad at this spring location. Staff was super nice. Got food in timely manner

I you're looking for something simple, this is the spot. The place was clean, the staff was kind, and it wasn’t crowded. we were the only customers there. The food wasn’t bad at all, just not quite to my personal taste. The mac and cheese tasted like it might’ve been from a Kraft box. Overall, it was a decent experience, just not one I’d personally go back for

Jason deli is a great lunch time vibe ! Tidus helped me pick a sandwich! Kids had good options like cheese pizza and tenders. The restaurant was clean, stocked and everyone was very attentive.
