Love this place

Very good prices for the amount of Italian Ice given. Me personally, it was my 2nd time and I did not enjoy it, however, my friend liked it.

This is my new favorite spot.

Advertising itself as Italian ice, it’s actually slushy,
gas station test better. It’s even worse for the soft ice cream test, and McDonald’s ice cream is way better. I’m not sure how you can recommend something you don’t have or that’s just slushy. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This is just my honest opinion.

This place used to be 5/5 when they initially opened. As of the past few months this place has exponentially become worse and worse. They don’t have swirl anymore, and the swirl they do have they have to make manually. Additionally, the chocolate they use for the “soft serve” is not soft serve. The 2 stars left is for the friendly staff that are invariably working hard each time we visit. Unfortunately yesterday was our last visit though, marble slab across the street is the better option in my opinion.

Disappointed to make a stop here while it was open but no one in sight to serve anyone. (12:50pm on a Thursday)

Best place to get a frozen treat on a hot summer day in Texas

I visited this location on August 17 2025 and ordered a small Italian ice. Toward the end of my drink, I found multiple thin paper-like pieces inside my cup (photos attached). This is a serious health concern especially for customers with allergies and it is absolutely unacceptable.

When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told it was “coconut flakes,” which it clearly was not. I explained it did not taste like coconut and showed the pieces. The staff then dismissed my concern, told me she was “the closest thing to a manager I’d get,” and only offered me a coupon for another small ice. After experiencing a food safety issue, being brushed off with no apology, no investigation, and no escalation to actual management is deeply disappointing.

As a paying customer, I expect respect and accountability, not dismissal. If I was allergic to coconut or any ingredient, this could have caused serious harm.

The Italian ice is delicious! The mango, cookie butter, and cake batter are great! First time trying this place so I had questions, Tamia and A'lan were great with the customer service. They were patient with us trying different samples. Will definitely be going back!

I went here for 4th of july with my family and we had amazing service!! The young woman with glasses was very helpful when it came to suggesting ideas for my oldest who is lactose sensitive. Very clean and very pleasant experience, we will be back!!!! Animal cookie is soooo delicious!!!!!!!

Stopped by this location for the first time, great customer service! Riley was so helpful and recommended several great options, she was so patient and friendly, we'll definitely be visiting more this summer!

There is so many options ans flavors and it is always such a cool experience with being at Jeremiah's italian ice, The two girls that took my order were super helpful!
