MY children and I are LOYAL loyalty reward members I am the really and excited for this place/ this franchise and I hope to visit others to see the comparison because the staff here keep it clean and they are very nice and friendly and quick with the orders I'm so grateful to have this place near my home my kids and I love Italian ice and thanks to the customer service online team for giving me my points from purchasing a gift card I was one day short of the 7 days but they gave me some points to compensate me!

Placed an app order my husband goes in to pick up, he comes back saying well that girl is rude! Open the bag and my order is made wrong, so I go in and tell her my order is wrong, she doesn’t even say sorry or anything, just start making the order right and once she is done she proceeds to slam it on the counter with the spoon for me to grab it, and starts taking a new order from someone else, worst customer service I have experience on this chain, she needs to get her customer skills right or get a new job!

Drove 20 minutes with my children just for the cashier to say the manager called and told her to close the store. A customer paid 1 minute before I could order and she claimed the system has been crashing all day. She was very frustrated and anxious. The experience was a 0/10 and I will never be back. I would recommend hiring staff and walking them through different scenarios on how to help customers even in tough situations and circumstances.There was so many different ways that could have been handled. Her body language was defeated and she kept rolling her eyes/breathing hard. She would not give me her name for this review and told me to get out as I was expressing how she was making me feel while understanding her situation. She was very unprofessional, she also added the sign on the door after.

Fantastic little end to date night! All around, Italian ice is hands down one of my favorite desserts, and coming here with my wife is always a “treat.”
