Used to love this location, provided excellent customer service and employees remembered the regulars etc. Haven't seen the 3 previous employees who were exceptional(maybe went off to college) but the current ones are definitely dropping the ball. Customer service has gone down, as well as quality. $20 sub, burnt bacon and avocado pretty much non existent. Maybe I'm just catching them on a bad day but it's definitely changed in my opinion the last few months.

Earlier this evening I went into this branch and instead of getting a sandwich, I found that while the lights were on, the staff was not taking orders, making sandwiches, or doing anything at all along the lines of operating a business. I left without getting to order after standing in front of the counter for a very long time. I'm going to give this place a really long time out over this. If I ever return here, maybe the current people will have moved on and hopefully some people who are about business will replace them.

Great food and great staff. Eat here all the time. Just please don’t hire deaf people at sandwich shops lol. I told the new young woman working there I wanted no onions 4 times as she looked into my eyes and proceeded to put the onions on. After I told her why? She ignored me and turned around. Very weird indeed

We ordered over 150 sandwiches for an event and they made catering look seamless! They were early to deliver, all the sandwiches were labeled and the order was fulfilled perfectly! This is no easy task with all the dietary restrictions they had to work with. They were flexible and responsive and I would highly recommend them if you need a large catering order. Abigail was great to work with!
