I was trying to redeem my rewards for a mini sub but there was no option to order minis on the app so I called the store because I was confused and wanted to make sure they still had minis. I’m not sure who the lady was on the phone but when I told her what was going on she rudely replied “I can’t fix the app” and offered no other explanation. It honestly shocked me I was just calling to clear up the confusion but she made me not want to even bother ordering after that I would rather drive to a farther location.

Had a really bad experience just now. Sign and internet say open until 9 its not even 8 yet. Walked up to the door and it was locked. Dude at the counter looked really annoyed. Came to pick up some sandwiches for breast cancer weekend but it wasnt meant to be. Ill take my business to other locations.

Legitimately the worst Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. If you have 20-30 mins to wait for a sandwich then this is your place. Also even if you order online they are still slow! Franchise should absolutely go in and hire new workers or bring up to other location standards. Even management is allowing them to be this slow.

We came in about 30 minutes before they closed. All of our sandwiches were made wrong. My son got the giant Philly with mushrooms that was supposed to have peppers, onions, and cheese on it as well. Instead his sandwich was meat, mushrooms, and bread.. My daughters sandwich had so much vinegar on it that the bread was soggy and it dripped down her hands as she attempted to eat it. The top of her sandwich had rosemary parmesan bread while the bottom had white bread. My sandwich (The California Club) had the top of the sandwich was white bread while the bottom was rosemary parmesan. This wasn't our first time having Jersey Mike's and we were excited to have one open so close to our house. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location. I paid $50 for three sandwiches and the fact that all three of them were messed up to this extent boggles my mind. We were the only customers there and I understand it was right before closing but that doesn't justify how our order turned out.
Glad we have one close to the house now and delivery if I'm feeling like a lazy POS ?
