It’s always a hit or miss with this location. Both the service and the food.
Some of the workers are friendly and some will glare at you, won’t say hi, and some refuse to even look at you. I walked out today because who really wants angry and pissed off people making their food?
I know times get tough, but it’s really no reason to be so cold to others. A simple act of kindness, or a smile, goes a long way.
This location is close to my work and house, and I used to come here weekly, but I’ll take the trip to Research for the simple fact they are kind to their customers.

I was a general manager for jimmy johns for 6 years and this location takes the cake. It’s dirty. There is no music playing. The atmosphere is horrible in here. Never again.

This was my Son and I very 1st Jimmy John's experience. As we entered the store it was a very unfriendly Air. Of the 3 employees standing neither greeted Us or even made eye contact. That alone should have sent up a Red Flag, but with everyone taking things so personal these days, I just thought maybe it's just me??♀️, although the 3 made it quite obvious that we were really not welcome. The only reason I didn't suggest we leave is I could see just what the Food Preparer was doing. Trust and Believe that was Our very last Time Patronizing any Jimmy John's location????

08/22/2023 around 7:40pm. Still over am hour until you close. I was the inly person when I arrived ordering dinner for my family after getting off of work and at the store I didn't get a receipt or the person's name but after my order was done I asked for a cup holder as I had 3 drinks and an over stuffed bag of food and I am by myself also had some groceries in the car. But he said I don't have any up holders when I saw a stack of them on the shelf. Okay it irritated me. When I get home to start eating I had asked for my #13 unwich to add Jimmy's peppers as I love heat. Mine had none. My 6 year old daughter wanted pickles added to her order and there were cu umber in it. The only bright spot was the chips that's why I gave 3 stars on the food.Fix your customer service or your lack of caring.

When I left because I no longer wanted to order he was on his phone. I’m actually amazed because I’ve never had that happen to me at a store front where you come in to order food.

Extraordinarily bad service, almost shocking how poorly anyone walking in is treated. Seems like it's meant to be a ghost kitchen instead of a real restaurant. I'd suggest going almost anywhere else.
