So I ordered a combo. They delivered my food... failed to send me my chips and tell me I didn't order chips.. I ordered a pickle instead which I thought that came with the meal... so what ever.. I asked them to just bring my chips.. they say it's gonna be 45 min for that....

I've been to a lot of Jimmy john's, but none that serve sandwiches with such an uncomfortably crunchy bottom. That's not something I want to feel when I'm biting into any sandwich. A crunch more familiar to me from a box of Wheat thins. I would call it burnt, but it didn't taste burnt. It was just very much overdone on the bottom.I asked the guy at the register for a cup of water, and he hands me a cup with his thumb on the outside of the rim and two fingers on the inside. I might drink from that end. I wouldn't know. It doesn't look any different than the other ends. Does this Jimmy John's not teach its employees about hygiene? Things like don't put your fingers where someone else's lips might go? Where their beverage might be?The worst part about the cashier putting his fingers into my cup is that he seemed offended or irritated that I told him I wanted another cup, even after explaining why. And then for him to get that cup there was some shuffling around under the counter that I didn't get to see.Maybe hygiene isn't a big thing here because it's pretty clear there was fecal matter crusted on the underside of the toilet seat.I was exceedingly unprepared for that awful of a visit to any Jimmy John's.Pretty thoroughly disgusted. Definitely won't be back to that one, and might swear off Jimmy John's for a while in general.12:37 p.m. on April 11th. Check number 56.

There is a supposedly manager name Taylor who is very rude very poor service and very disrespectful he told me that he has his employee cleaning the bathroom but then he had to get him all to come and fix the sandwiches very disgusting

I am a loyal customer of Jimmy John’s for the last three months. I ordered through the app and sometimes I will get wrong orders and a small drink when I ordered a big drink today. My whole order was messed up and when I called someone by the name of Tyler, answered the phone and was extremely mean to me Blaming everything on the app. They gave me wrong size of the drink wrong sandwich gave me more potato chips and I ordered. He was upset cause I was complaining to him. unapologetic and I guess because I’ve been a customer for almost every other day a simple I’m sorry I will refund you the money for the drink. Potato chips that I did not order I got rudeness and they’re blaming everything on the app and they said they control the app, then, if they know there’s problem with the app, they should not be part of the app. No order from them because I don’t know if my order is gonna be right.

Freaky fast my A**. Ordered a single sandwich and was asked to pull into a parking spot and had to wait forever to get my order. Completely disappointed with the service at this location. Have been here a few times. Heard a manager type person yelling at a team member about how they will work the weekend they were off. Obviously bad management here. Sad to see.
