First time ever having Ramen and I’m so glad we came here! Kathy really knew the menu and helped us figure out what to order. Every recommendation was DELICIOUS! The Gyoza with the sauce was so yummy, the Spicy chicken ramen was the perfect beginner dish! We’ll definitely be back.

I had an incredible experience at JINYA Ramen Bar – Woodlands, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mr. Jordan behind the bar. From the moment I sat down, Jordan made me feel genuinely welcomed. His energy, professionalism, and attention to detail are on another level.
Jordan knows the menu inside and out and gave perfect recommendations that made my meal even better. His drink-making skills are top-tier — everything he crafted was balanced, flavorful, and made with real care. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.
What really stood out was how personable he is. He checks in without being pushy, carries great conversation, and creates an atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. Staff members like Jordan are the reason people come back.
If you visit JINYA Woodlands, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar — Jordan will take great care of you. One of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had in a long time!

Food was good and so was dessert. Service was robotic and lacked attention or any genuineness. We finished our waters and Shelby didn't come around when we needed a refill.

We are regulars at this Jinya. We love the vibe and service, but the food is the jewel of the crown.
My favorite is the Black Tontukso spicy.
Today I try a new thing on the menu, the Ramen Birria! Just delicious! As an appetizer the Miso Eggplant, was just great! Recommended 100%!
