Permanently parked food trailer serving up nachos, burgers, red beans and rice and more. Our crew had the harvest salad, cheez burgers and mushroom cheez-steak. All thumbs up! Ask for light seasoning if you are sensitive to salt. #Veganuary

Me and my husband has been looking for a vegan place to try. We came here and left on cloud 9 the food is so good. The service here is very good make you feel like your with family. So if your ever in this area this is a must STOP and try.

Got the beans and rice as well as the tacos and this place is the bomb! Great food will be back!

We happened upon this wonderful little eatery tonight while looking for a new vegan restaurant and can happily report that we've found a new favorite!

We'd gotten there about 30 min before closing time and were not sure if we'd still be able to order, but Kei welcomed us warmly and got us started. There was a large order in front of us so we had to wait a little while, but when the food came out we immediately knew our patience had been worth it. De-licious! Kei whipped up a fresh batch of fries and tortillas for our loaded fries and nachos, heaped high with southern-style beans and a flavorful 'meat' mix, pico, sour cream, and guac -- all the seasonings and wholesome ingredients coming together to make every bite pop. We also had to try the BBQ sandwiches of course, and they did not disappoint. The BBQ sauce was perfectly spicy and tangy, and the jackfruit was a surprisingly lovely substitute for pulled pork.

On top of the tasty food, the service was wonderful. Kei was incredible friendly and accommodating, and even offered us to try a side of dirty rice for our wait (it was delicious of course). We left with our bellies full and smiles on our faces, and will certainly be back to try some more soon!

We looked this place up on line and drove from Cypress Tx to see what Vegan Eats was all about. We ordered the Nachos and Burger and when I say amazing!!!! I mean that. The food here is absolutely delicious! bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I pulled over after receiving our food and had to come back and order again. You will not disappointed with this place.

Burger patty was seasoned and charred so well! Kei said she used her own mix to make it taste so good! Love her energy and the prices were definitely fair, very filling. Best loaded fries too!!!!

Kei's Vegan Eatz is a made-to-order food truck with an all-vegan menu, fresh ingredients, and appropriate portions. Most importantly, Kei is flexible. You can have the food your way: low sodium, no problem; no oil, no problem; need to mix and match, no problem. I'm not vegan, but I visited with a vegan, and he loved the Jackfruit BBQ Sandwich (but maybe with light BBQ next time); that's his preference. I recommend corn tortillas (if available) over flour tortillas, especially if you're taking your food to go. However, he noted that the air-fried fries went stale quickly, so eat them onsite or soon after ordering them. The Menu offers a good variety of options. Kei provides seating if you like; the value for a made-to-order all-vegan eatery (lunch for two at $26) is pretty good. Kei herself is a gregarious woman who is enjoyable to be around. It's just off the 45 southbound feeder but isolated; no other food trucks or convenience are nearby, but plenty of parking exists. Kei offers several different types of drinks, but I'm unsure what they are. You may wait 10-15 minutes for your food once ordered. I could not find any specific nutritional data. This is an excellent option if you have specific dietary restrictions, are vegan, or are vegetarian; I recommend it.

I have never left a review for any type of food but this I felt compelled to do because I am simply in disbelief that this burger I ordered was not meat! This was my first time trying vegan food and the way my tastebuds lit up when I bit into this burger! My God! I did not take a picture before I started eating it but y’all can clearly see from the picture I took afterwards business was most definitely handled! Easily one of the best burgers I have ever had!

I got very hungry reading the amazing reviews while waiting for my sons music class to be done nextdoor. Kei is such a welcoming person and so enthusiastic about the food. I got the jackfruit burger and zesty pasta salad. The burger was so flavorful, I had to go in and order one more for my son. We enjoyed the food in the trunk of our car. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. Waiting to try other items on the menu. Thank you Kei!!
