Last night, I waited almost 45 minutes for a burger. Once I got it it was dark and dry. The hamburger was saturated with mayonnaise and ketchup so much that the bun was sliding off of the hamburger.

The first time we went we waited over an hour for our meal. The owner was kind enough to recompense us for the long wait. That day the food was delicious, we had the fish and shrimp basket. After coming back hungry for the same quality food a couple of weekends later, we received our fish and shrimp burnt/ overcooked. We were unhappy with it that day but I did get my daughter an order of loaded (crinkle fries) fries and were delicious. We just came back from the truck and opened up the order of loaded fries just to receive different style fries, not as good and hard. Unhappy customer for sure. I also, the last time I came gave my order to a rude person that ignored me when I was trying to get her attention. Just to add pay careful attention to the prices, I was ordering the loaded fries which showed to be 10$ on the menu to then be charged $12.99.

Come on guys , I ordered my food at 8:45 and my door dash driver is still waiting on it and it's 9:37. Completely ridiculous. No reason for the driver to be waiting on food when they give you all plenty enough time to make the food before they get there. This is sad

I ordered the loaded seafood fries and was really underwhelmed, especially for $15. The cheese tasted cheap, bland, and watery. I was expecting something more like a homemade seafood cheese sauce, but the flavor just wasn’t there. Nothing really came together—it felt like the ingredients were made separately and just tossed on top. The cheese was the worst part and didn’t go with the rest at all.
