Shorted us on our order and does not answer the phone. We tried for two days to call and get a refund and ended up contacting the corporate office. Why publish a phone number if you do not answer.
I usually never write reviews because it makes me feel like I'm snitching lol , however this place pissed me off. I've worked customer service so I expect to receive the service I used to give . I pray that minimum wage is NEVER raised to $15.00 an hour. Especially not for the employees at this specific store. I arrived at 9:30 only to sit there at the speaker for 5 minutes before someone FINALLY asked us to hold on. Then 3 minutes later they come back only to say they had very few pieces of anything from either menu.
