You guys have to check this place out. It’s just the best food on the planet. It’s really good. It’s really tender. It’s really flavorful. It’s really perfect. Don’t take just my word for it. Come and eat it yourself.👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Delicious, perfectly cooked seafood. I had the lobster & shrimp & added a snow cluster.
I usually don’t get snow because I’ve had some really gross experiences; but theirs was plump & juicy, sweet & tasty! The same for the shrimp & lobster.
Also, I have to mention the potatoes & corn; which I also usually don’t eat. Theirs is seasoned through & through & the corn sweet & buttery.

Clean restaurant , friendly and prompt service. Very patient with my elderly father in law. Will come back again. The food was great and seasoned to perfection. Try the Kitchen Sink seasoning and thank me later🥰

Went to the location in Spring recently. Good food, however, one of the young girls up front has a nasty attitude, didn’t offer us plates and looked as if she was disgusted when I asked for utensils. I’ll stick to the location in Cypress where the workers are actually friendly and provide a positive atmosphere.

Literally through this horribly cooked, underboiled corn and potatoes , season sprinkled over a lobster tail and crab leg boo-boo away and ordered from LA Crawfish Shack where I know it’s good smh

First time here and it will be my last and I will escalate this as far as necessary. The woman (picture provided) working at the Spring, TX location was openly hostile from the moment we walked in: rolling her eyes, slamming food on the table, getting my order wrong, and making me wait over 30 minutes while the rest of my table ate. She was blatantly disrespectful, insulting me multiple times, refusing to get a manager, and mocking me when I asked for a refund. Her conduct was outrageous, completely unacceptable, and a direct threat to this location’s reputation. If this employee is allowed to continue representing Krab Kingz, it will destroy customer trust and permanently damage this business. I am already preparing to take this to corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and local media, and I will ensure this location is investigated at the highest level.

Really try to keep supporting them since they are in the neighborhood. But the quality has gone down so much. Ordered crab and shrimp boil. Crab was over cooked, so it was just mush. The shrimp was damn near translucent and mushy. Only half the shrimp was a decent size the rest they threw in tiny shrimps as fillers. They dumped so much seasoning on top but that did nothing for it. Sausage went from link to just pieces. Really unfortunate. Left the platter sitting on the table. Staff is welcoming and every time I go I am the only one eating there. Mind you this is on a Saturday at dinner time. Too many new crab places in the area to keep settling for this. Unacceptable.

It had been several years since I've been to this location, I was so looking forward to the same great Service and Food. The young Man and Lady was very pleasant and courteous. I ordered the #7 which was the #3 and still is according to the Menu online. Which includes 2 Crab Clusters, 13 Shrimp, 1Corn, Potatoes, and 1 Sausage. I also ordered a Childs Fish meal, I asked the young lady if it was burnt because the Fish and Fries were dark, She stated no it was the seasoning. Although when I return to the Car I tasted the Fish it was obvious that it was cooked in old grease. I was going to take it back in because this wasn't the quality of food I remembered 😕, I pressed for time and decided not to it was only 6.00. I should have also recognized that my Boiled Meal was able to fit into a regular size white carry-out instead of the aluminum pan that I knew. When I reached home I noticed that the Crab Legs were very thin and small as well as the Shrimp and I didn't have as many Potatoes as before although the price is greater. The taste was not bad but still not the same. Maybe this location is under new management 🤔, Probably won't return.

Delicious Staff friendly and helpful. Large portion clean.🤗
My family is definitely a crab legs loving family and this place has THE best we’ve ever had. Im talking its phenomenal! The service was great too. I typically don’t like to scan a code to look at a menu but the server helped us to decide what we wanted to order. There was literally no wait at lunch on a Saturday which was awesome for us! Parking was adequate too. I think it’s fair to mention that I’ve ordered crab legs in several states when traveling and this is the juiciest, sauciest, most delicious I’ve had and it was cooked to perfection! It wasn’t overcooked and hard to crack (bendable) like most places. When I got into the shell there was big pieces of great tasting meat.. I’ve had some at places where it was so overcooked it felt like the meat had disintegrated 😂 thankfully not this place- they really have it figured out! The corn was good too. The eggs…they tasted precooked so i probably won’t get the eggs here again. Not counting off for that because the crab legs were definitely delicious and above bar! In talking to the staff, the previous owners she said were from New Orleans.. yep, i believe it! I HIGHLY recommend this spot for crab legs. I did end up counting off points for the decor. While the place is clean and they played good music, the decor is dusty crusty dated and just old looking. Very played out! It seems a bit forgotten in this way. My daughter used the bathroom and the paper towel machine thingie fell off the wall…. Hilarious but unfortunate! Whoever the owners are.. you need to step up your game a bit there because atmosphere is definitely important! With such incredible seafood, the ambiance should match! A refreshed look would really take the whole experience to the next level. And the crackers that we were given to help us beach the shells were fine but the scissors looked like they’d seen better days 😂 clean but just old and dingy. The cost was on par with other similar seafood spots. We’ll be back! 10/10 for taste.

Crablegs are too small to be sold at a place called Krab Kingz and the seafood is always like warm. Not hot and fresh. But overall the seasoning and flavor is amazing.
