We were underwhelmed with our experience. The food was brought out in stages to a table of 4 over a 20 minute window. It was under seasoned and overcooked. No utensils to help crack the crab and retrieve the overcooked meat. Disappointing for an almost $200 meal.

I've honestly never had a worse experience. The staff member who took my order was very rude and didn't mention that the water was bottled. We got charged for a 3$ water bottle. When we asked for a refund, the 'owner wasn't there' so they could not issue one. The food was ok.

When you walk in to order and they’re finishing up the person ahead of you, a door dasher walks in a minute or so behind you, and they prioritize them over you… then they get to you by saying “what you want?”… it’s probably a bad sign overall.
Also.. I wanted a fountain drink. The machine was broke. So I ordered 2 bottles of soda, a sprite and a Diet Coke, after I paid I was told there was no Diet Coke, no diet at all, and they hand me a bottle of water.
SMH.. all that when you go in and drop $50+ on a meal for 2 people.

Just left Highly disappointed! Drove an hr to get here to pay $103.00 for 3 very all clusters of snow crab 2 tiny lobster tails..2 piecea of sausage....with lots of potatoes, corn!!! Also asked 3 times for Crab Krackers(openers)...NONE!! Not even metal silverware...i could have opening them with that...only plastic forks? Never Again!

The lady at the ordering desk was not happy to see us, we asked one question and she walked off and told the other employee to deal with us instead. We didn’t feel welcomed at all so we left. Definitely not spending our hard earned money there.

I called to place an order over the phone. Cashier Von told me they don’t take orders over the phone and to place it online. I said ok! I placed two orders online. I showed up 20 plus mins after the online order said it would be ready! My friend went in to check on my order under my name cashier Von stated it will be another 10mins! I waited another 20mins. I then went in cashier Von stated they never received my $101.00 order online. And that the online portal wasn’t working! Really! Therefore how long did I wait! After showed my confirmation and everything of what I order he wrote it down! I started one order was honey garlic the other Cajun. I then asked for a manger who was not in duty at that time got a refund! Manger Sam showed up within 25mins stating he wanted to help me out by giving me a 15 or 20 percent discount! Some my mother never ate here before I went ahead and proceeded to pay $70 plus some change for my refunded order! When I finally waited an hour for my food. I got home. The orders was switch with the wrong seasoning. Eggs were under cooked potatoes were mushy soggy sausage was still red and unboiled with grease water and water else in the pan! My pan and the other to go plate was an entire mess. I asked manager Sam was my orders correct and fresh he stated yes after all I did wait an hour and nothing was made because they never received my order! Remember that. This was very unprofessional of management to state that Von was a cook and not a cashier! That’s not my problem I’ma passing customer and I deserve to get good customer service and fresh food! People do not go to this place. The food was thrown together and I threw it away! I wasted my time and money I will never go back to this unprofessional nasty place! Manger Sam you should be embarrassed at the poor quality of food you threw together to give me! Who’s training the people and if those cooks were not trained why weren’t you there to over see your customer service to make sure people hit what they deserved! People do not go to the establishment! Horrible poor quality and uncooked food and unpleasant unprofessional customer service!

They really need a bell in the back foe the front door because everyone has to wait. The 2 girls that were working were absolutely sweet but we had to wait several times before you ever saw them. When they went to go put an order in they were gone for 20-25 minutes so if you needed anything you were S.O.L. Food was mediocre at best. Several of the crab legs were over cooked and we asked for cajun and there was NO spice. We had 3 different butter flavors and all of three tasted almost the same. You couldn't tell the cajun from the HOTTEST one except for the coloring. We had a party of 8 but our order was super simple. 2 loaded, 2 fried pickles, 2 Boudin egg rolls, one fish and shrimp basket and one kids fish. The steamed food came out way before the fried so we had to eat appetizers last. Our steamed food was cold because we didn't want to eat because the fried took so long. MUSIC was WAY too load but it was a good vibe. Overall... Telge location is SOOOOOO much better.

Listen!!! This was the BEST seafood boil I have ever had, and I have had many. I ordered the shrimp and crab boil with the kitchen sink flavor, which was delicious and not too spicy. The portion size was very satisfying. My husband had the fried fish and shrimp platter, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Krab Kingz in Spring, TX is a must for any seafood lover!
Brought the wife here for her b-day today and she has not stopped talking about how good it was. This comes from someone who will find something to complain about every resturant and here there were NONE.

Everything about this place is an 11/10. We dined in for lunch and each got the One King Loaded plate with Cajun and Lemon Pepper seasoning and it was bombbb. The employees checked on us while we ate and made sure we were good. We will be back for sure!!
