Krogers located at 8745 spring cypress rd., spring, texas, 77379Nora in the seafood department has a very rude and awful personality. She's a hateful little employee. Don't work in retail if you are going be like that. I Hope she gets fired. Nora is not doing the full, fresh and ESPECIALLY friendly aspect of the kroger experience. Do not shop here. Please take your business elsewhere.

Did a pick up order and came home to substitutions! Absolutely livid right now because they failed to inform me so I could tell them to take it back. I also says our no subs and what do I get ? After spending over $300 of groceries I would think they would get something right. Will never do a pick up order at this store again.

Went to get cupcakes and cake for my sons birthday. The Baker handed me the cake and cupcakes they were fine. When I got out to the car half of the cupcakes were toppled over and the icing was sliding off the cupcakes.

Over 45 minute wait time in my time spot for curb side pick up. I left without the groceries because when I called they were still not ready. This is the second time this has happened. And they seem to only have organic produce which gets expensive when you need fruits and vegetables for a family of 6.
