This is a fantastic Mexican restaurant in Spring with a wide-ranging menu that has something for everyone. The service was top-notch, and we had a lovely conversation with Sonia—she was warm, welcoming, and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The older man with the grey hair works hard to provide the best service! Also Maria is sweet too! The hostess lady needs to smile more or look happy about being at work.
Stop in just driving through today for lunch. First time here and I'm super glad I did. Had the lunch beef enchiladas and they were the best I had in awhile. My server Sonya was excellent supper nice and very cute! I will definitely be back again soon!

We had a very underwhelming visit to El Jimador #9. Our appetizer—nachos—was brought out after our main courses. When I politely mentioned this to the staff, I was told it was my fault for ordering an appetizer that “takes too long to cook.” That explanation makes no sense. If nachos take that long, why are they on the appetizer list instead of the entrées?
To make matters worse, I specifically asked for both corn and flour tortillas with my meal because my wife is gluten free. Only flour tortillas were provided, which made part of the meal inaccessible for her.
Service was slow throughout the meal, and the overall quality of service was poor. I expect better from a restaurant that advertises itself as customer-focused. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

If you are looking for a place to go with kind quick service, a great atmosphere and flavorful , delicious food. This is the place.My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. We came here around 7:30 on a Monday evening . It wasnt very busy at the time but as we sat more people came . Kimberly was an amazing server. She provided information about the foods and let us know how we could adjust our meals to our pleasing. The food is so good. I think earlier times are probably good for families with small children. I am glad we were able to try them out.
