Las Cascadas is fairly decent all things considered. The food was pretty good, however, they didn't have aguas frescas. So if you're looking for aguas frescas you won't find anything here except Jamaica (hibiscus). Aside from that the service was fine and I have no complaints.

I ordered deluxe nachos and got beans, chips, and watered nachos sauce.....my enchiladas were salty to the point at my second bite I threw it away. I had been there before and it was good this time was horrible.

I eat at Mexican restaurants all the time and this was my worst experience. I ordered my food to go, had a Rita while I waited. He served me a hot drink. When I told him I wasn't pleased he never tried to fix it. He went to the kitchen. I'm afraid to eat my nachos. The service here was terrible. I will never come back. I wish I could give them a negative 7.

Very humble little restaurant in a strip shopping center but a great hidden gem. Nothing fancy but the food is fantastic and very reasonably priced. Do not miss the carnitas. Way too much food but wow, great flavor. Incredible beef enchiladas, guacamole that is sooo good, fresh and flavorful. Also the margaritas are fantastic...a bit strong, but oh so good. Great, friendly service. Nothing fancy, but good authentic Mexican food.
