First time ever at lennys but my sis always talks highly about them. The service was good and the cashier let me know of a deal so that was a good value I got the meatball sub and the taste was kinda bland from the meat, to sauce, to the bread. I don't know if you have to ask for it to be toasted or if that's an option, but since it wasn't there was no relief from the mushy texture. I absolutely loved their fountain strawberry lemonade so that was redeeming. I tried this new lemon poppy seed cookie tho and it was terrible. It was kinda dry and more crunchy than typical poppy seeds but then it had this salty taste! I'm guessing maybe the dough wasn't combined well as it seemed like baking soda maybe but overall it needs to be reviewed. Maybe their focus is more on cold sandwiches bc there's so many great reviews, but those aren't for me so i probably wouldn't return

The older gentlemen that works at this location is the reason I always come here. My food is always fresh and served with a greeting and a smile. Made to my exact liking and never have any issues. The app is my go to and it’s fast, easy, and my food is always made correctly. Thank you, also for bringing back the Lenny’s brand chips, they truly are the best.
