3 strikes and I am out! 1 no pizza created, 2 hr plus time to prepare and actually didn’t pickup the 3rd strike as I went to pizza zone for great pizza to feed my fam. Not sure what happened to this place, but I recommend a change in management. Sorry to say the quick pizza pickup is no longer an option on at least Thursday here.

Waiting time it’s horrible sometimes it’s an hour plus .. and it’s a business well placed but service it’s horrible and waiting time for a pizza on a Saturday it’s over an hour this is unacceptable for a business.

We ordered through app, when we got there at the time the order should have been ready, it hadn't even been put in the oven. The place was full of people that were waiting. The cashier couldn't even tell any of us when orders would be ready, one person had already waited an hour. I asked to cancel the order, they said they couldn't do that, the app says you have to cancel with the store. I pointed this out to the employee, who just shrugged. I again asked if he can tell us when it would be ready, he said an hour. I called the customer service number, which is only active during business hours, so I will be disputting this charge with the bank and never order from this location again.

Ordered pizza at 5:55pm for delivery, was told by 7pm latest. Now 7:16 and says another 40 minutes. Two plus hours to get pizza lol. What a joke! Never again!

10/21/25 (9pm) The 2 people working tonight deserves to be recognized! They were short staffed & all of there online orders were backed up. The 2 staff members did a wonderful job maintaining the atmosphere of the crowded lobby. I applauded both staff members, I too have had to work short staff! Humans need to be kind to the employees who do show up because without them the places would’ve been closed! Spread love! Give those employees a bonus, gas card, grocery card, something to lighten their load Because they definitely lighten mines tonight :] thank yall for showing up!

Cheap edible pizza, but they never have anything ready, ever
My hot & ready was old & dry & had bread showing not even fully covered with ingredients looks like it’s been sitting in the oven all day. I know it’s a hot & ready but there should be a time limit on product & how long it sits in the warmer to hold long it’s sold to the customer. Come on! do better!

Ordered a most bestest pizza (picked up around 1140 today) they usually do me good here but i believe they gave me an old pizza because it was very dry & dint seem freshly made , also whoever cut it didnt go all the way through the crust around the whole pizza
