Don’t bother coming here. Been here for an hour after my pickup time was quoted. The service is a joke. 3 kids working a shift with no direction. The manager should be here streamlining the work. This site is a testament to poor training and lack of staffing.

After a long day, all I wanted was good pizza. I ordered pizza online, picked it up from the drive thru window, went home. When I got home, I opened the pizza box and assumed I got the wrong order. But no, they must think this is an ultimate supreme pizza. Disappointed is an understatement. I just wanted my favorite supreme pizza.

If I could give a 0/5 star review, I would! I ordered ahead of time, when arrived, I still had no update online. I gave it 15 more minutes, nothing, went inside and they said they had no idea when it would be ready. Few minutes past, who im guessing is the manager, just came up and told the one up front, “just reimburse them cause I’m not going to be able to make that”. Terrible!

10:00pm at drive through and nobody ever came to the window for 20min, go inside and they didn’t want to make a regular pizza for me which they closed at 11pm. They turned away about 4 others as well! If you don’t wanna serve after 10pm then close at 10pm and not 11pm!! No apologies or anything! Some guy with blonde hair didn’t care!!! Shitty service!

Cesar the manager was very rude in resolving my issue. I found a large piece of plastic in my bread sticks. And was super unprofessional. To the degree other customers agreed. One customer who is a nurse. Stated how dangerous it would have been. Had I invested this hard jagged piece of plastic or bone! Which neither should have been in a bread stick! Do not go to this location.

I stop by this Little Caesars once a week after picking up my granddaughter, and the service is consistently poor. The drive-thru is never staffed, and I always end up waiting at the window with no response. When I go inside, nothing is ready — not even the pepperoni special during after-school hours.
Last visit, someone was inside with a dog smoking a hookah. That was it for me. This location needs serious management attention.

This is honestly the best Little Caesars around! Not sure if it’s because they improved the staff or how well they’re managed, but my orders are always ready in under 10 minutes—whether I order online or walk in. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and never undercooked. Way better than the Domino’s down the street! The staff is super nice too—they always give my little one the cookie crackers, which is such a sweet gesture.

Would give 0 stars have been waiting on my order since 2:18 is still not prepared asked to cancel the order and was told I couldn’t cancel the order even though it had not even begun to be prepared. Order was for a party that we have to be at in 10 minutes. Food was supposed to be delivered by 2:47 still waiting for it to begin cooking at 3:10. This is insane. The company is highly unprofessional. Not willing to work with the customer etc.
