This place is consistently understaffed, it's Saturday night and only 2 people working.. I stood in the lobby 20 minutes without being acknowledged trying to inquire about my online order I put in over 1.5 hrs ago and still isn't ready.. the saying is true you get what you pay for.. just go to dominos or pizza hut.

Never any hot & ready pizza. Never consistent either no sauce or too much sauce. Need better management, employees are always looking dirty with dirty nails. They handle your money then go to the back & handle your food without handwashing.

On a Saturday night, upon arriving at the restaurant, we were met with disappointment as there were no pizzas available. We were informed that the wait time for a pizza ranged from 25 to 40 minutes, which we found utterly ludicrous for a fast-food pizza joint. Needless to say, our expectations were not met, and we left feeling dissatisfied with our experience.

Nobody and I mean nobody spoke English. Order said it would be delivered by 6:15 and at 7:30 we called to see what was up. We were told that we were waiting on pizzas to be made. Order never came. Even went to the store and the order wasn't ready. On top of this they still charged us even though we canceled our order. I had ordered here several times before and the pizza was never done. Took it as just the cost of getting cheap pizza but this place is way below average

Ordered by phone and told 15 minutes to be ready...entered the store and the cook was texting on his phone for at least 5 minutes while standing in front of making table (see video) then put his phone in the pocket and went back to making pizza without washing hands or any sanitary precautions. The person upfront was ignoring customers who were asking if their pizza was ready for at least 15 minutes...Oh no Customer Service, no sanitary practices.The person upfront, taking orders had an AirPod in his right ear, he asked me literally five times. What was my name and what did I order in the process of trying to discover whether or not my pizza was ready. I will definitely report and send the video to the food, safety division, because this is how disease spreads .

So I can’t really bash this location because it’s a hit or miss . Sometimes I get lucky and they make amazing pizza. Sometimes I order and guess what they made the wrong damn pizza other times it’s decent, but I will say they do run through employees like my exes sister does with guys. It’s nonstop.

Picked up 11 pizzas for a children's school party and the person helping me threw in some cookies for the kids! How thoughtfull and nice. Better than the Rayford location that accepted the order and then called to cancel it causing a delay in getting them to the school on time.
