Little Caesars Pizza

They gave the wrong amount of changed and they wasn't useing gloves for the food item back there, I was clearly watching isn't that an health risk and I gotten sick not long ago too by eating the pizza So So whats really going on with there food.

Ordered a delivery order for 3 hot and readys at 7:30 PM for the NBA cup game and our order was delivered at 10:30 PM cold and the pizza was hard and tasted HORRIBLE. Not to mention it was 3 min left in the game by the time the food came we ordered Bulldogs at 8:45 and got it before little ceasars! Don’t ever go to this place

absolutely horrible. took 2 hours for my food to be delivered (dasher sat in the parking lot for over 40 minutes waiting for my food). waited on hold on the phone for 30 minutes whilst trying to figure out why my food was taking an hour longer than it should’ve.

every time i’ve gone in, staff has been rude or i’ve waited 5+ minutes for someone to come to the front to take my order, which also takes 20 minutes to come out.

save yourself the time and find another location.

I've been to this location about four times now. So far so good, received what I ordered. It's very convenient to order online and pick up without waiting in line. The only negative I have to say is that they do not have any seasoning packs available at all.When I ask the clerk, they had no clue that little caesar's provide them in other stores.

Out of all the MANY Little Caesar’s I’ve eaten at over the past 20 years, this one is terrible. We have tried this location 3 times now to see if maybe it’s going to be better. Always let down…
It doesn’t even taste like Little Caesar’s pizza.
It’s closest to where we live now, but I’ll think we will be driving to a further location for better pizza.

This place always gets orders wrong. Ordered a pretzel pizza and got a regular pizza that was not cut into slices.

HORRIBLE! The worst customer service, the worst time management, and everyone is mostly on their phones. It’s just rude and disgusting . A sad life for them. Let’s pray for them together🙏. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We ordered 2 of there regular menu items for delivery and it took over 2+ hours to deliver 1.4 mile away. Called the store and the customer service number and they said sorry, we'll give you a refund. We wound up eating ramen noodles. Wish I could give them negative stars. They suck.

Terrible service. I've been waiting 30 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza, and the cook is just using his phone instead of preparing it.

Worst service! I was the only customer there and one employees was on the phone looking at me and the other was making a pizza and looking right at. I eventually walked out and nobody even acknowledged I was there.

I ordered online and forgot to add blue cheese dressing to my order. After talking to multiple robots I was finally able to get through to someone at this restaurant. When I let him know that I needed to add this to my order that I had just placed, he told me that there was nothing he could do and told me to call the directory again and see if they could add it. I did just that and was unable to get ahold of anyone besides a robot. I tried calling their customer service line which after waiting for multiple minutes that man that I talked to didn't seem to understand my problem and hung up on me before trying to do anything. Needless to say, I did not receive any blue cheese dressing and my pizza arrived cold, dry, and disappointing in quality. I will not be ordering here again. There should be an easier way to contact the store you are ordering from to make minor adjustments.
