Atleast ACKNOWLEDGE your customer's instead of having them wait 10-15mins before you come to the counter to ask what we need. I've been here several times and it's the same experience each time with the workers and I'll order my food through the app get notification that it's ready and when I get there I'm still having to wait for it OR I have to tell one of the workers that I'm there for a portal pickup but it's not loaded into the portal, etc...not to mention most of the time the pizza will be dry and overcooked /burnt crust... Not a good look for your business.

Update - Associate took care of us and replaced our order. And it was the good quality i usually recieve.

Previous - Been a long time since I've had a bad pizza here. I thought the issue was resolved due to how long I've been getting good ones

But today I see they had new workers there and I get pizza like this. Only half edible

No one bothers to greet you when you come through the door, black guy on the phone chatting instead of coming to the counter. Stood there 10 mins and no one acknowledged me. Waiting on my food at 5:26 pm when I did an online order to be picked up between 5:15 and 5:20. Still no words.

Sucks rude staff never has food ready even if you order hours ahead if you have the option between being hungry or going to this location id rather stay hungry.

Hands down the SLOWEST little Ceasars I've ever been to. They NEVER have hot-n-ready's READY. I've been standing here waiting 20 min for a hot n ready that the cashier said would take 5 min. Keep hot n ready pizza READY. Not rocket science. It is consistently like this.

This place is horrible. Employee's don't acknowledge wen you walk in They not even turn their face to the door. Place is dirt counter is nasty full of dirt and debris

Very dirty, employees won't acknowledge you and will just stare at you from the back. Don't ever recommend this place. Poor hygiene.

I ordered a build your own pizza. All I asked for was pepperoni, black olives, and mushrooms. Didn't get the mushrooms, and was told it was a delivery problem. Uh, no. The pizza was wrong. Won't order from you guys again.

Made me wait 1 hour plus after they told me that my food was gonna be ready in 30 min then they told me that they forgot to bring one of my orders in the over , so it was a extra 10 minute

Don’t even bother with this nasty location. The “manager” is lazy and unhygienic and doesn’t wear gloves when preparing food. I was given pizza with FLY EGGS in the cheese and pepperoni. Her excuse was flies get in the door sometimes. This pizza had to have been left out despite it being an online order and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for old dirty pizza.
