Had a family lunch at Longhorn in Cypress. We were so impressed by the service, tasty food and the dragon fruit cocktail. So we came to this location 2 days later for dinner and everything was exactly the same. The waiter delivered great service and the GM stopped by our table and was actively engaging with customers. Very impressive for a franchise. Will definitely visit again

Service is not good at all, I been there with my husband and wheal chair 2 waitress in front to use and no one was available to open the door for us until we request. Food is excellent!

I absolutely would not recommend this establishment. We called ahead to beat the wait and was told it was a 20min wait then once we arrived we were told it was an hour wait after waiting close to 50mins and watching 3-4 groups of people get seated that came in after us we asked to speak to a manager to find out what the hold up was and we were told another 30mins and the groups that got seated before us came in before us. So we questioned what happened to the 20min wait we were originally told over the phone and we were told they dont do this. Then after telling the manager Devin Nelson never mind because theu keep changing the time he very sarcastically said bye. Mind you this is after we bought $100 in gift cards to use.
