Had a family lunch at Longhorn in Cypress. We were so impressed by the service, tasty food and the dragon fruit cocktail. So we came to this location 2 days later for dinner and everything was exactly the same. The waiter delivered great service and the GM stopped by our table and was actively engaging with customers. Very impressive for a franchise. Will definitely visit again
Service is not good at all, I been there with my husband and wheal chair 2 waitress in front to use and no one was available to open the door for us until we request.

Food was great, service was top notch atmosphere was great for the caliber that of restaurant. My only suggestion is to put someone on the hostess stand who is helpful and acts like they like people.
