Loved it
First time here the fried shrimp didn’t taste good. The pińa colada was also nasty
This has to be the worst Mexican food I’ve ever eaten nothing was good. I literally took two or three bites out of my dish and left it. if you see this review and find yourself even passing by this place because it’s the closest Mexican restaurant drive a little faster past it. Anything else is better. Save your money, save your time, and save your stomach.
My son and I went for an early dinner. The menu has a lot of great dishes. We ordered the tamales, fajitas, enchiladas, and quesadillas. Each plate can be one full meal. Everything we ordered was great.
Good food, prepared well.
I Love the food! Always delicious.
Service is authentic and the food is great.
Went there for a late lunch. The food was good. The prices have gone up so I wasn't crazy about that. Service was good. It was as slow so we were the only customers at the time. Food came out fast. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Good service and good atmosphere.
Great food, not greasy. Table salsa was really tasty and enough spice, but not overwhelming.
We only ordered burritos, but they were well made with refried beans. Tasty!
Clean place. Great customer service.
We’ll be back when we’re in the area.

The service was great and they have multiple items on the menu that you don't see on a stereotypical Tex Mex restaurant.
Every visit to Houston has a visit to Mama's.
I ordered catering for 20 for my job's lunch yesterday and the food was the talk of the day! I ordered it via phone directly with the manager Angel and he gave me a pick up time frame. I arrived and everything was ready for me nice and hot. This is my first time ordering for large parties from them but have eaten there many times. The food is always fresh and top notch. The fajitas and margaritas are the best in the area (IMO), and they have great happy hour specials to boot! If you havent given them a try yet, you definitely should!
Restaurant was empty aside from a table of 4 and a table of 2 and our table of 8. Took over an hour to get our order taken then an additional hour or so to get our order, never offered refills, then when we got our food it was cold. They were quick to ask to pick up plates even with us still eating. By far the worst place. Food quality was poor. Rice was flavorless and crunchy chimichanga was just soggy. Save yourself the inconvenience for flavorless food and poor service.
They don't attend, they made us wait long and they didn't take care of us.
