Marble Slab Creamery

I pulled in at 8:35pm. on a FRIDAY. The open sign is off, the chairs were being flipped, and a deep sigh was made as we were walking in the doors. The employees don't want any more business, and it shows. Allegedly, the manager tells them to put a lot of the ingredients up early so they aren't available after 8:30pm. This business is easily taking a 5k loss/month just by lack of customer service & employees being too eager to close the doors and refusing to prep more add-ins.
This review isn't about being a Karen and complaining, but if I was the owner, I would want someone to tell me what's going on.

Worker was extremely weird and mean to coworker. Kept making fun of both of us and our ice cream choices

Food was great, staff is nice. However, when we were leaving, a boyfriend of one of the staff members was blocking the door while he waited outside. I have a small child who was trying to get through the doors (there are two) and couldn't because the guy was standing in front of both. My husband said to my son to just go through and he didn't know why the man was standing there. The boyfriend then starts going off about how wrong is it he just wants to see his girlfriend and to go around him. He's then yelling at my entire family. I explain we were just telling my child to go around him but he's yelling at us even as we get into our car. He stared at us and went to go take up some counter space. The employee should not have guests that are going to be in the way of and then yell at customers.

Same as others have said, the ice cream melted before we even left the store and made a mess all over our car. Don’t go there until they fix their freezers, looks like the ice cream is not cold enough and literally melts as soon as they put it in the cup. I can’t speak about their customer service but I won’t be going there again.

Rude employees. They have zero customer service. They handed me a cup of melted ice cream. If you want better service and delicious ice cream go to Luliet on 2920
