Experience so bad I'm considering never getting anything from this company again. Not only was I told that they were out of a cone that was visible in the case, I was asked several times regive the flavor of my ice cream. Somehow my wife's came out okay, but the I was handed a waffle bowl, not even the cone that I was offered as replacement for the cone that was still visible in the case. The incompetence was unreal, as plain ice cream in a cone was undoable apparently. Couple that with the fact that it was very obvious that at least half of the staff were either too busy playing or annoyed that there were customers present, I can't recommend this to anyone.

Very good ice cream with toppings!

Ice cream in Texas? Yes please. This is the place to be when the heat is turned up. Great service and excellent choices.

Please train your employees in customer service. We went in tonight 5/20 around 8:45 and were greeted with major attitude by a young girl with braids. When it was our turn to order, she rolled her eyes at my 14yr old son and asked "what do you want?" I took offense to this and made sure she noticed. Why would she talk to a child who did absolutely nothing wrong, who was excited we were there and who is nothing by respectful.If you don't want to work in the service industry go somewhere else! The entire time we were there she was nothing but rude and even skipped over my husband and I. It wasn't until The patron behind us told her she had skipped us that she helped us. I was so close to saying something but since my children were with me I held back.As far as the ice cream goes-we just aren't impressed anymore. And the shakes suck!

Courteous staff, great ice cream.

I have been there several times. The service is great. The staff is friendly and polite. The ice cream is delicious. My child prefer the chocolate one and myself the cinnambun with pecans. The cookies are very good. I still need to try more but today was ice cream visit :)

The ice cream is delicious. Dont waste your money on their cookies though. As they are tasty they are wayyyyy over priced.

I ordered my daughter graduation ? cookie cake, and I think a 4 year old made it. I'm very disappointed. Hopefully the people in charge will contact me ? ?

I got the American cookies and ther service was good just wasn't a huge fan.
