Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order through Marco’s Pizza website and was given a confirmation with a promised preparation time starting at 11:40 PM. Not only was my pizza never delivered, but there was also ZERO communication, ZERO updates, and ZERO customer service follow-up.
I sat around waiting late into the night for food that never showed up. No call, no text, no refund — nothing. If you can’t fulfill an order, the bare minimum you should do is notify your customer. Instead, you wasted my time, my money, and my patience.
I used to enjoy Marco’s, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. You clearly do not value your customers or their time. Fix your operations
