I initially went through the drive-thru and was asked to come inside, which was confusing since a drive-thru window was available. When I asked why, the gentleman agreed to take my order. I attempted to order two medium pizzas, one meat lovers and one veggie, using the Tuesday buy-one-get-one-free special. I was told they do not offer a veggie pizza and that building one would increase the price to $28 due to added toppings. Because of this, I canceled my order.
After reconsidering, I went inside and discovered they do offer a garden pizza, which had not been mentioned at the drive-thru. Once inside, my total came to $18.78 for the same order. Michael was very helpful in placing the correct order, and Tyrone provided excellent customer service by offering peppers and Parmesan.
I nearly left without ordering, and this was my first visit. I would recommend ensuring that staff working the drive-thru are knowledgeable and willing to assist customers, as helpful service makes a big difference.

Great pizza sauce, goos dough and great cheese. The pepperoni is goos with a little spice to them.

Ok Marcos pizza , my Chicago side has got me mad as you guys are a big pizza place and you are so confused about your menu . A Calzone has Ricotta cheese . U serve a Calzone like a Stromboli . So I want you to fix your menus and state what you are really selling a Stromboli not a Calzone . And I don’t care if you are a Texas based store . As if I went to Ohio they have it correct in any pizza place . Thank you

Marco’s Pizza on 210 & Cypresswood is truly the best! I accidentally made a mistake when placing my order online, and their team went above and beyond to help me fix it. They didn’t just correct it—they delivered our pizza with kindness, grace, and the freshest quality. It’s rare to find a place that cares this much about their customers, and because of this experience, this Marco’s location is the only pizza place our family will order from. Highly recommend!

Love their pizza! The Tuesday deal is always helpful when in a pinch. The fact they have gluten friendly option crust is a reason I choose this business over others in the area and in addition the gluten friendly option doesn't reflect something similar to cardboard like competitors. Friendly service too!

Marco's has some of the best tasting pizza around, hands down. And service is always top tier. However, I had to give a 1☆ due to a roach hiding in between the parmesan cheese packets that I requested. Which were then tucked in the side of the box. Once I placed the pizza into my vehicle, that's when the critter ran from in between the packets onto the pizza box. I grabbed a packet and crushed it on top of the box (see pic.) I came right at closing so I couldn't return it. Needles to say, the pizza was thrown out bc I didn't know if the roach actually touched the food or not.

Just ordered from this location yesterday night, my food wasn’t done on time, but the girl with red hair apologized and gave me a free brownie for the wait! Kudos to customer service from her!!! Food got to me less than 10 minutes after arrival, nice and hot!
Ordered pizza for delivery around 7:11 PM. By the time the pizza got to us it was cold. Call the manager and told her I was bringing it back. She made sure that we had fresh hot pizza waiting when we arrive. Kudos to get customer service

This has got to be the worst Marcos ever! Whether i do Uber eats, order, or place an order in store it take over 35 minutes. Only 2 people working and they are slow pace! Owner needs to hire more people and stop being cheap! I lose money when I do Uber eats here! Fix this!

First time here. I ordered online to pick up on the way home. I waited until the designated finish time to get to the window. The order wasn't even started. I'm still sitting here waiting. If online ordering isn't going to get the order started please disable it from your website! This ordeal was such a waste of time.
