Terrible experience. I got a McChicken sandwich which I bit into only to find there was a piece of chicken bone and cartilage in the patty. Very dangerous i.e. choking hazard and I expected a better standard of product from their food supplier.

They have some of the worst customer service ever. Ignored multiple times for trying to use something that should work. The Kiosk are terrible they do not work it also doesn't help that once you use your code you can't use it again. This is unacceptable. They really need to do better.

There is no fountain drink in the lobby which is annoying, and they always seem to overlook Mobile orders. It's happened to me half a dozen times I place my order through the app, wait 5-10 min, and then have to ask at the counter for it.
Every time I get double cheese burger with fries and 2 hot spicy they forget to give me my 2 double cheese burgers, I get charged but I don’t even get the food, SCAMMERS

We met a friend and her children there. It got pretty busy. The play area is super clean. Our granddaughters enjoyed French Fries and some ice cream. All the kids had a great time.
