I took my four children here and they were out of the ninja turtle hello kitty toys I promised them. Now my children are devastated. They said “these meals are not happy meals they are truly devastating meals.” Plus there was no option to put cheese on their burgers. Unfortunately my children will need therapy due to the terrible circumstances that occurred tonight.

McDonald’s has gone way down hill. I brought my daughter for a special birthday breakfast and the new breakfast menu has barely anything on it but it’s gotten more expensive. And they don’t even have a drink fountain inside the store for customers so if you need a refill you have to wait for someone from the back of the store to actually pay attention to the customers inside. God knows they won’t work the counter to take your order

This location keeps going down hill! Why would they ask you how many creams and sugars on your coffee, then not give you what you ask for? Had to drive back then realized the steak bagel I order was an English muffin with steak... Not a good way to start your Saturday morning.

I went to McDonald’s craving a Hot ‘n Spicy. This location always gives cold food, so I asked twice for it to be made fresh. At the speaker, I mentioned it, and again at the first window, I explained I always get cold food and wanted to make sure it was hot. The cashier barely acknowledged me, just stared and typed. I assumed she noted it, but when I pulled up to the final window, my food was already bagged and ready. No way it was fresh. I checked the fries—cold. Got home, and the sandwich was cold too. I added cheese, and it was still cold and unmelted. I’m tired of wasting my hard-earned money. I’ve let this slide too many times. It’s not about price—it’s about basic service. I don’t expect much, just hot food when I ask. McDonald’s, this was my last visit. The lack of care, the cold food, the ignored requests—it's not okay. I don’t use the app anymore because I don’t trust the way things are run. If I could sue for cold food, I would. I’m done.

Ordered through the app for drive though pick-up, got my drink fine then they send me to the next window and make me wait for about 20 minutes for what reason I only ordered 11$ worth of things. Then once I get my food it’s an entirely different order. Had to go in and ask them what happened my food was no where to be found and they had to remake all of it very disappointed and will most likely not go back to that location. Always have a problem with getting things from that location next time just going to give me money to a different place all together. No sort of accountability and accommodation for me waiting a total of 45 minutes for McDonald’s very very disappointed
They let you have birthday parties there. It was very affordable big playground. The food did take a while but it was busy in the lobby so I won't hold them up to that saying it's their fault completely. Overall 8/10
