I was over there yesterday before I went to Spirit Halloween but the worker thought I’d asked for frappe when actually I asked for Iced Caramel Coffee medium. The person who served me and was doing drive thru orders at the same time didn’t look like she had enough people.

I love this location for lunch because they keep it moving and food is always hot and fresh. Ms. Evelyn is an absolute doll, even under pressure, remaining charming and makes me smile every time I come by. Great group must have great management! 😁👍

I came for fries expecting nothing but lady here is taking orders nonstop with a smile and also making sure that everybody gets order on time (both drive through and otherwise). She is also making sure that area is clean and sanitized. I used restroom and it was sparkling clean. I am impressed!
Very impressed with the amazing customer service, particularly from the wonderful woman working at the front counter. She was so friendly to everyone, she caught an issue with my order before I did, she visited with customers and had great relationships with them. Very uniquely positive experience at a fast food restaurant.

It's McDonald's, what's more to say? Customer service in drive thru is great. I don't go inside, so can't review atmosphere. Most of the time, the cheese is fully melted and the fries perfectly salted and not stiff. For whatever reason this last time, nothing was fresh, hot, melted, salted or soft. Until this location gets back to serving the good McDonald's, this review stands.

I placed a mobile order for pick for my daughter this morning 8/10/25. She arrived at 7:51am and approached the counter with the mobile receipt. The manager on duty (Nicole) stated the order wasn’t paid for but clearly at the bottom of my mobile receipt shows paid. Then she had the audacity to yell at my teen and made my daughter cry. There is no excuse to yell at a customer if you’re the manager and to yell at someone else’s child is complete and utter disrespect and disgusting. I will be contacting my attorney is regards to the manager Nicole and this store!
