Dude named āhatiāhas serious attitude problem. Said he was the manager. Needs retraining in drive thru etiquette& management retraining. Comes on speaker, you can order. Yeah I know thatās why Iām here. Argumentative about meals. Claims to not be able to read minds. which is fine, but when I order a #3 with no cheese and a coffee, what part of that needed mind reading to understand? This was a breakfast interaction @0545. Not busy just straight up not want to be there attitude

Apparently if you go to the counter the staff ignore you. Ordered through kiosk, went to counter to get drink. Staff ignored me.

Ima need my money back , I ordered through uber eats and then the man came with no drinks at all not even my baby apple juice , plus I paid for it and didnāt get it , who going to try to enjoy a sandwich with out the drink which was two frappes!! And my babyās apple juice like come on Mann , yall siting in there playing all the time yall donāt want no job , they hiring people who donāt even care about .. treating a customer right but want money im going over all yall heads , Reporting I got my receipts plus the uber person had his side of the store Never Again with this place done made the wrong one upset

Weāre busy they were super busy in the store, but they were still super nice super courteous and super fast. Restrooms are easily accessible at all times nothing was out of order. Even the ice cream machine was working kudos.

I went through the drive thru and they attempted to hand me a chocolate milkshake that was obviously vanilla. I asked for a chocolate one that I paid for , I had to pull around building to wait and this is the large chocolate milkshake I received. I wasnāt waiting for another one. Very poor customer service
