This McDonald's has some of the rudest service you could possibly have The staff is always extremely unhelpful they mess up my order every time I go there and I order the simplest things it's always a couple of cheeseburgers a frappe and a in a small fry and they can't even do that. Today I ordered a sausage McGriddle and a large chips ahoy frappe on the app and the app was giving me issues and wouldn't pull up my four digit code so I was sitting in the parking lot trying to fix that and when I went through the drive-thru because it was 5 minutes past when breakfast is supposed to end they refused to give me the food and frappe that I had already paid for I will be calling corporate and making a direct complaint this is absolutely ridiculous and I think I'm finally done going to McDonald's

Compare to the local McDonald's i always go to due to distance benefit, first time at this location and wow from ordering to receiving my order exceptional customer service.
I will BEGIN to go out of my way to drive 1min more to receive this great customer service they provide here at this location. Keep spring a great jobs guys!

There are some nice team members at this location however, I can not understand for the life of me why EVERY Sunday morning they can't serve Frappe's. Not exaggerating I tried the last 4. The restaurant is open at 530 but the machine is not clean. It makes me think if they can't keep this machine washed on a schedule that allows it to be clean when they open what else is not clean? Just an observation.

Rude customer service from ordering at window [drive through ignored us twice] to pulling up because the food wasn’t ready and employees hand you the wrong food then look annoyed when you call it out, wanna ask if there is sauce in the bag? NOPE employee at 3rd window just closes it and walks away while chewing gum!

First of all this store has very rude employees I went to this location while I was DoorDash to get my daughter some food they forgot her fries and her kids meal. They wanted me to move up when the food was right there in front of her so I had already left when we found out there was no fries in her order so I had to come all the way back to get the fries and the girl would not give me her name at the drive-through window it was a young Hispanic girl. She was very, very rude so I asked for the manager and the manager‘s name is Karina, and she was even ruder than the employee. I don’t know if they don’t like their job or if they don’t like whatever they’re doing they need to not be there you’ll never go to a Chick-fil-A and get this kind of service. I’ve also reported this to corporate office.

I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions, but was given a cheeseburger with NOTHING!! I confirmed my order with both the order taker and the lady at the booth that handed me my order.

I always get bbq sauce and sweet and sour with my nuggets. But here they manage to give me ranch every single time. How many people actually eat their nuggets with ranch for this to happen so often?!
Used the app when a few minutes away, arrived at the drive through and nobody in line in front of me.
Still had to wait in the drive through parking spot. Every. Time.

Food was old and stale, I threw it the window.
I came through the drive-thru and ordered the chicken strips for the first time, however, no one told me that they take 7 minutes to cook. Y’all need to train your staff to tell people that before they order it. If it takes that long to cook them, they shouldn’t be on the menu.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I stopped at this McDonald’s after waiting 10 minutes for my food in the drive-through I sat in my car to eat in the parking lot of McDonald’s. With ice still in my cup, I asked for a refill and was told no because I ate in the drive-through by Alexis (man). Alex then asked for a receipt, Which has advised him I just threw in the trash when I walked through the door. I also told him if he needed proof, I just purchased my meal on the McDonald’sapp under my name. I have never been treated this way at McDonald’s. I will not return to this location. I also advised him there is no sign that says if you purchase a drinking in a drive-through that you can’t get a refill. I requested the district manager’s phone number he walked away and another man that was kind provided The district manager’s phone number for me to file my complaint.
Negative stars isn’t possible. I ordered an ice cream and they told me 2nd window. I waited for 5 min yet people behind me were being served at first window then a lady that doesn’t speak English told me to go through drive through again and shut window on my face. I left. Horrible Customer experience.
