I came through the drive-thru and ordered the chicken strips for the first time, however, no one told me that they take 7 minutes to cook. Y’all need to train your staff to tell people that before they order it. If it takes that long to cook them, they shouldn’t be on the menu.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I stopped at this McDonald’s after waiting 10 minutes for my food in the drive-through I sat in my car to eat in the parking lot of McDonald’s. With ice still in my cup, I asked for a refill and was told no because I ate in the drive-through by Alexis (man). Alex then asked for a receipt, Which has advised him I just threw in the trash when I walked through the door. I also told him if he needed proof, I just purchased my meal on the McDonald’sapp under my name. I have never been treated this way at McDonald’s. I will not return to this location. I also advised him there is no sign that says if you purchase a drinking in a drive-through that you can’t get a refill. I requested the district manager’s phone number he walked away and another man that was kind provided The district manager’s phone number for me to file my complaint.

Negative stars isn’t possible. I ordered an ice cream and they told me 2nd window. I waited for 5 min yet people behind me were being served at first window then a lady that doesn’t speak English told me to go through drive through again and shut window on my face. I left. Horrible Customer experience.

I don’t eat a lot of FF but occasionally this is a stop omw to work if I need a quick bite. They are so friendly every time!! My fries are always fresh and hot! I just wanted to recognize the team for being outstanding! My visits are always between 2pm and 3pm. Since I’m omw to work I wouldn’t have time if something weren’t right. Luckily it’s never been an issue. Thank you!

I was here as a delivery guy waiting for an order when I asked for water, to which the cashier laughed and said oh no and that's it, What is this?! They refuse me water in fast food, I didn't ask for any drink, only water, Terrible service…….
