I ordered a mcdouble mcchicken small fries and LG drink my burger was cold so I asked if it could be warmed up also my fries were not in the bag. I could hear the ladies talking about me in Spanish upset because of my complaints. McDonald's do better don't talk crap about customers in Spanish because some of us do understand the language

This McDonald’s sucks, the service is horrendous. No one there listens to me, I’ll be sitting at the counter for 10-20 minutes waiting for an employee to take my order and they won’t take codes at the counter half the time so I can’t use any deals. I recommend going to “8718 spring cypress rd” instead of this one. I’ve seen some people I know go here and get nuggets that are different colors, and that wasn’t intended. Others have claimed to have discolored nuggets of a purple variety, which I don’t even know how that happens. Honestly, there’s other restraints near by this McDonald’s that are better anyways so if you are just hungry go to Popeyes or something instead. This McDonald’s location is vile and honestly needs to either be shut down or have a restaff, because these employees are not competent. They won’t even bring food to your table, they have their restraint on “carry out only” but the dining area is still open so they are just lazy and won’t do anything involving bringing food to your table even though they have a plethora of table tents. The drive through experience is better but the food issue still stands. I do not recommend considering this McDonald’s as a stop for eating.

I ordered a mini OREO McFlurry and the worker handed me a mini MnM McFlurry sure it might not be a big deal but it is to me because it’s just not the same and the fries were soggy.

When I went to place an order through the drive-thru the woman taking orders #1 could barely speak any English, #2 obviously worked at a fast food hamburger joint but when I tried to order 3 basic hamburgers she was completely ignorant on knowing what a hamburger was. But when did employers who pay people $10-$15 hourly to take peoples orders, decide the brilliant idea to hire incompetent individuals who can barely speak and understand English

Extremely clear restaurant serviced by extremely friendly ladies.
This is twice within one week that I have ordered from this McDonald’s the first time I tried to give them a pass because maybe I thought it was Uber‘s fault you know for the food being cold and unprepared but this year this is beyond unacceptable not only is this a half of a large fry they’re cold as hell I ordered two McChicken and a quarter pounder with cheese meal also might I add maybe it’s close to the end of closing The chickens were cold. The cheese is still not melted. This is beyond tragic and unacceptable. If you know that one thing about me, I give everyone a good and fair review and rating but this this is below acceptable and I just want to bring this to the attention of the public.
