When I visited the restaurant at 5707–13 Church Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203, on November 18, 2025, at about 8:05 AM this morning, the manager on duty spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone for no reason. While I was politely explaining something, she cut me off mid-sentence and said she “didn’t want to hear all that.” I did not argue and continued trying to order my food. While I was ordering, she then accused me of wanting to argue with her. I responded politely and told her I did not want to argue with her at all. I simply came in as a customer to buy food. Her attitude was unprovoked, confrontational, and extremely unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me she was the boss. When I asked for the general manager, she said the GM was not present. The situation escalated when she used profanity and a racial slur toward me, calling me a “b*** a*** n***.” This was shocking, offensive, and completely unacceptable behavior from any employee, especially someone in a management role. At no time did I raise my voice, disrespect her, or create any conflict. I did nothing to deserve this treatment. I was simply trying to order food and was verbally attacked. I am requesting an immediate investigation into this matter and appropriate disciplinary action. Please follow up with me regarding this complaint.

1176 Harrisburg Pike Carlisle PA McDonald’s is disrespectful and LOUDLY wrong with their customers. Refuse to provide customer service, claim the app never works and won’t provide refunds- ONLY this store somehow?

I’m about ready to just boycott McDonald’s. It’s mind boggling to me how McDonald’s, arguably the biggest fast food corporation there is, cannot issue refunds or solve any issues via their app, where I placed an order. But I can get on burger kings site, Walmart, Amazon and talk to a robot and have a credit in 45 seconds. Can’t even get ur money back for items you never received at McDonald’s tho. The only option is to submit a claim on their website, which I’ve done twice. They reach out and say the store will contact you, and then that doesn’t happen. So I guess if you go to McDonald’s just don’t expect to get your money back if your order is wrong. It’s gonna just be a gamble. Yesterday I got dinner for my family and relieved a RAW burger. I called the restaurant and they wanted me to BRING THE BURGER BACK TO THEM, or there was nothing they could do. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve had to drive back to McDonald’s for wrong items, missing items, and now raw food? And for what a $3 refund of my burger? At that point I may as well chalk it up to a loss. My gas and time is worth more than $3. But apparently not to yall.

PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!! I had been using the mobile app for quite some time & was placing an order to use some of my points for a free burger + a couple of sides. When I submitted my order I got an error message saying there was an error on 'our end' please try again later. I tried one more time and got the same message. I then checked my bank account and saw that the transaction was pending so I one to the store where I was trying to place the order and the manager very rudely told me that they had nothing to do with the app and I'd have to submit a compliant to the customer service link in the app. I submitted my complaint and received a response back asking me for some specific information about the order, #1 on the list was a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. I told them in about 7 different email replies that there was no proof of purchase to provide. I finally gave up and told them to just keep my money because they apparently needed it more than I did. I have deleted the App & will NEVER patronize McDonald's ever again.

Bought two egg mcmuffins and a senior coffe today and it cost $13.10. Way, way over priced. For that much I could get a full breakfast at a restaurant.

absolutely ridiculous in our local area, ordered one of the deals for delivery after being at work all day, i couldnt be bothered to cook, 2 burgers and 2 fries and they still got it wrong how hard is it to get an order correct, surely there is a system in place for checking orders. To then find it really difficult to resolve the issue. it's not the first time this has happened.

The one on SW Parkway never gets our order right. When I called them to ask about my qtr pounder they said there was nothing she could do. I spoke to a woman manager who was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. I tried to call back several times but she refused to answer the phone. What a horrible place to eat or to do business with. They truly don’t care about the customer and the manger SUCKS! I will be contacting their corporate office to report her.

There's always an error in the order. Your slogan should be " We Might Just Get Your Order Right This Time". My kid's Happy Meal without the cheeseburger, my BLT with bacon, my girlfriend's chicken sandwich who got a wrap, etc, etc. EVERYTIME ! I take time complete the surveys, but we never hear from you. I just get a cheap coupon for free fries if I go back within the week. I mean how hard can that be to out the right things in the bag ?

Certain locations here steal money from customers & it takes you forever to get a refund when this happens, especially if it's from an independent owned & operated location. Corperate customer service can't do anything & just says over & over "I'm so sorry". They tell you that you have to get in contact with that private owner operator of that franchise location. But there is no direct contact info for them, so corporate customer service has to send them a message to call you. But still no call. So your money is gone from your bank after using the app to place an order at a private owned location (which it doesn't state as such), & you don't know if you'll get it back or not. Even though you have proof of what happened & corporate confirmed they can see the mistake, but they can't fix it because it's from a privately owned & operated location. So still waiting. Ridiculous! A billon dollar company that can't do anything & doesn't retain some level of control over private franchise owned locations. Sounds like bad business practices to me. I wouldn't let anyone use my brand name & logo without retaining control over import factors that could affect customer impressions & experience, therefore affecting customer view of McDonald's as a whole. Guilty by association McDonald's. Scape goat anyone.

I hate the app and I hate the fact that I have to pay more for the same food because I won’t use it!

The one on East plank Road in Pennsylvania has rats and horrible service

Never spending a penny here again, and I won’t miss it a bit. There are healthier options on literally every corner whose employees won’t call the police on you. Try Burger King, for example, or Wendy’s.
