Ordered a combo with a hash brown and a extra hash brown. Only got one and then when I asked about the other I started getting an attitude. It’s not my fault you weren’t listening when I ordered the extra hash brown and I don’t mind paying for it but there was no reason to start arguing with me about it. Poor service and won’t be back to this location.

It was the worst service. There was no one that really speak English. And when I try to ask for more sweet tea, they grabbed the sweet tea like they were going to change it. And then 15 minutes later, they said the manager said, no more sweet tea. When I asked again, I will never be going back there

employees are very rude. When me and my friends went inside to have a nice little lunch with each other after a long day of working, we were greeted with such a unfriendly environment created by the employees when we first walked in they were arguing with each other and yelling. then, once we ordered our food, we were left to pick up our own receipt from the printer, which I thought it was the employers job to do. So when we finally got our food, our fries are cold very cold and then my friend ordered cookies it came into a pancake box which I thought they had a whole separate thing for but clearly not and they were splitting the cookies once we asked for another box they really said out loud right in front of our faces. Oh now they need a box top because they didn’t give us a top in the first place for the cookies. I just felt so disgusted and humiliated by their behavior never in my life have I ever experienced this behavior before at McDonald’s. I don’t know what this McDonald’s has going on, but the employees need to be fired. They cannot be working with such a nasty attitude. they also gave my friend such a nasty attitude and they’re also ordering their cookies when they were ordering they were told in such a route town that it’s gonna take forever like they didn’t want to do their job. Well, that’s what you’re getting paid for so do your job. Do not go here terrible service terrible food terrible employees, spend your money somewhere else.

Not only when I came in there to pick up my two orders I also had a mobile order that should of been ready when I got there because the app said it would be but i’m a Uber eats an Uber driver so I was picking up two orders around 4:50 PM today on May 12, 2025 and it was three kids in there and they were just leaning on the thing that the lady asked where I need help with. I told her that I have to order and I had a mobile order because my mobile order was written on the app so not only was the garden there and they were standing around but I have to wait almost 10 minutes to see that should’ve already been made, and I had to confirm orders that I didn’t even have in my hand so they took away from my job and one of the girls were very rude and I don’t appreciate that. I will not be paying for anything at the McDonald’s ever

If u want ketchup, juice, milk, chocolate milk, or ice cream then go to a different place. They literally never have milk, and how do I not find out about you not having ketchup until you hand me my food. Don't you think that would be helpful to tell people BEFORE they pay?
