Will take your money, then tell you they don’t have what you ordered and tell you it’ll be 3-7 days for the refund.

I came back to give them another chance, took them 25 minutes and had me waiting at curbside number 4 today for 2 sausage McMuffins.

Closed early and RUDE. The staff needs better training on how to talk to customers. Either follow the hours listed on the McDonald's website or change them. I won't be coming to this location again.

Didn’t the bacon egg & cheese biscuit use to be $3? Why did my large frappe shrink? The large looks like a medium. McDonald’s shrunk the size of the cup to look skinny but did you shrink the price ? Same quality , same price but size shrunk. SMH.

Waiting at the drive thru for at least 25 minutes on a Saturday night (approximately 9:00- 9:30 PM). Standstill traffic at a drive thru?! Are you kidding me? Not worth the wait.

Honestly Toasty

Took my kids to this McDonald’s today and the staff was flat-out rude. I asked for ranch because it wasn’t in the bag, and the lady who handed me my order snapped, “You already have ranch in there.” Clearly, it wasn’t — or I wouldn’t have had to ask more than once. On top of that, they scream your order number instead of bringing your food to you if you’re in the play area, unlike other locations. The drink machine? Filthy. The tables? Sticky, nasty, and clearly not being cleaned.
Do better with your employees and your store, McDonald’s at this location

I’ve visited this location a few times, and unfortunately, it’s been inconsistent. The quality of both food and service can vary quite a bit. During my most recent visit, I noticed one of the employees didn’t wash their hands before handling food, which definitely raised concerns for me. Also, the portions were noticeably smaller than other locations. On top of that, the service has been inconsistent—sometimes friendly, other times rushed or inattentive. I really want to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but each time I visit, something else seems to go wrong. Hopefully, they can work on improving things and managers be aware of bettering this location.

I ordered a Big Mac and yeah, the taste was alright, but I hated how they kept changing the delivery time every damn minute. The fries were okay, but the Minecraft toy? That was straight-up trolling. Just because I ordered a Big Mac, they gave me a damn cube? What kind of sick joke is that? I expected something way better. And the combo? Way too overpriced. Plus the tip I gave the delivery guy? Total waste. I’m beyond disappointed — terrible experience and ridiculously expensive.

It's almost impossible to mess up an order or visit to McDonalds... this location's service does it so effectively it almost seems purposeful. I literally watched for 20 mins, 15 customers order, wait, and receive food before my curbside order arrived. This isn't the first time this has happened and the last two times they have forgotten items. If you enjoy quality food and service, I recommend going somewhere else.

They send me to the reserved dive thru and I have to wait for my food more than 15 minutes and they give me the Drink spiling 😏
