My husband is wheelchair bound he is paralyzed from the chest down. He ordered off the app and just wanted to have one of the employee's hand him his food and they informed that they couldn't.And if he didn't have a car he couldn't go threw the drive thru because it's dangerous.(He's been in the drive thru many times before in his wheelchair) He had already paid for his food the manager didn't care. He couldn't get her name she didn't have a name tag on and said she was refusing him service. Wouldn't give him a refund she told him that he could call customer service and get a refund. The man just wanted to be normal for a small moment and get a burger just like everybody else. At the end of the day this is just disgusting behavior and a good case of discrimination due to his disability.

We got there at the end of lunch. No cheese on our sausage egg biscuits even though we requested it. And my strawberry and cream pie looked like it had been in the warmer too long.

When to this location twice today. Both time the orders were wrong. You can call store but they don’t answer your call. Someone needs to pay more attention to the orders.

I work next to this establishment and they're extremely rude! Why is it that I walk in 4 people look at me simultaneously and yet they look like they are drawing straws as to who is going to help me take my order! I've been a manager of a fast food restaurant and we would never treat our customers that way! The Mexican woman always looks so mean and disgruntled, I didn't tell you to fill out the application so why am I getting so much attitude. Like really contemplating on whether or not to charge someone for hot water! I will never spend another hard earned dollar at this place until they find new management or get the morning management some customers service course! They need an update and to shake it up in there!

The most incompetent people in the world work here. MULTIPLE times I've been here and gotten the wrong food or a messed up order but this was my last time ever going here. How could you ask someone what sauce they want and then proceed to not put any sauce in the bag? Absolute idiots working here.

We DoorDashed two double cheeseburgers and one hot n spicy and got three chicken sandwiches which wasn’t really a problem I went up there just expecting to get the two burgers, when I went in with the food and receipt and I told the guy at the counter and he went to tell the manager I’m assuming and the manager decided to say “and they came back for it??” Then looked around looked at me then made a dirty face, which I find a little rude I wasn’t being rude or wanting extra food I just asked for the burgers. I hate making bad reviews and rarely leave them but this rubbed me the wrong way
