I entered the McDonald's attempting to use the koisk but had trouble, rang the bell but it was never answered. I approached the counter and tried request assistance from an employee who looked up at me, ignoring me. I asked her several times before she looked up again and said, You talking to me? I answered that I was. She cursed me and went back too ignoring me. I requested to speak with manager. The manager was respectful, courteous and professional. She assured the issued...
