Service needs lots of work. Orders not being called out or brought out to tables. Dirty tables and floor. Waiting time for food is ridiculous too.

This is a great 24 hour McDonald's and it really comes through when you need it most. The food is consistently fresh, the order is usually right, and the staff is friendly even late at night. It is clean, well run, and dependable no matter the hour. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations around.

Some workers have a complex there that makes them act as if they're giving you the food out of their own mouths for free. It's pitiful and makes them look extra bad with frequently missing items or full missing orders altogether without remedy. Parking is also hard to maneuver in the narrow small lot.

I understand fast food is not an easy job. I work hard to earn my worth. Today I stopped by to get a couple of meals so that I wouldn’t have to cook. The customer service was trash. I even called and spoke to Evan. He said that he as a manager on duty. I complained about his disrespectful employee Samuel and yet not once did he try to be professional and apologize for the poor attitude his staff showed. I really hope there are some changes in the restaurant because it’s not the first time

20+ minutes for just french fries and they came out cold and dry probably. After standing there for 20 minutes it wasn’t even worth requesting more and waiting again.

Since When Are Dogs ALLOWED inside WITHOUT Being a SERVICE Animal? 11/21/2025 ABSOLUTELY disgusted by a dog running around in the lobby. It was NOT a service animal. The lady allowed her children & the dog to run around playing chase. The manager was very unconcerned about the issue after being brought to attention by myself and another couple who left without ordering. Not going back
