This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to...and I have been to many over the years. Always fast, long line but it moves...always HOT...I have been there at least 6 times and it is consistently GOOD. You can tell the staff here know what they are doing. Clearly good management and quality staff that cares. This is the only McDonalds I have ever reviewed...that should say something. Well done TEAM.

Went to drive thru. Sent to park and waited 15 minutes… Husband had order 2 medium caramel frappes. Tired of waiting my husband went inside he comes out with the 2 small frappes…

Dear McDonald’s Customer Service,
• Curbside Order Delay: I placed a curbside order at 4:30 PM and checked in at slot 1. Despite watching multiple “Grinch Boxes” being handed out to drive-thru customers, my order was not delivered until 4:45 PM—only after I approached the car hop to ask about it. By then, our food was cold and the ice in our drinks had melted.
• Missing Items: Once home, we discovered that the Grinch Boxes we purchased were missing the “Grinch salts” entirely.
• Unresponsive Phone Line: When we attempted to call the store to report the issue, no one answered. This has been a recurring problem. The manager even admitted that they intentionally turned off voicemail, stating they “don’t have to” answer calls. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
We spent nearly $60 on this meal, which is not something we do often, and the experience was ruined for our five children. The combination of long delays, cold food, missing items, and unresponsive management reflects poorly on McDonald’s standards of service.
They are known to have their phones turn off and voicemail turn off as well.
KMSL,, one thing i hate is wasting my money & folks playing with my kids. Now, if i ordered a kid’s meal but only the patty for my baby, why yall did her patty like that. Wondering why she took a tiny piece & sat it down. Plus it smells horrible. Can’t work under pressure then fast food ain’t for you!
We stop to get a kids meal for our granddaughter. We did not go inside, we used the drive thru. The food was hot and the wait was about 5 to 10 minutes in the drive thru line.

You have a 50/50 shot that this particular location will get your order correct. (Even ordering through the app) Especially if you order multiples of a double something. I only come here because it's the closest location for miles and sometimes you really want McDonald's fries. (Again 50/50 shot they will be hot.)

Guy forgets the sauce that they charge extra for, Then doesn’t believe me and wants to dig through my bag of food with his bare hands to confirm that I didn’t miss it and it’s not at the bottom of the bag. It it’s a guarantee they were going to mess up your order every single time even if you do a mobile order so make sure you check your bag every time

The restaurant staff literally turned off the lights while we were still eating. No warning, no ‘hey, we’re closing,’ just locked the door and flipped the lights.
I get they were closing for the night and didn’t want others to keep coming up to the door, but at least say something! How are you going to have us eating in the dark. Cmon man lmao

i come here all the time LMAO its the cheapest thing after shifts at my job 💔✌️my girlfriend recently lost her wallet and they managed to find it and kept it safe!!! i was pleasantly surprised after searching around the town for an hour lol, THANK YOU EMILY!!!!!!!! 😊😊😊😊 she deserves a raise
