I had a negative experience at this location on Monday, August 19, 2024. The regular staff was excellent, as always. However, there was a lady that I assume was a district or regional manager using a very loud and rude voice in the dining room during her inspection. Ordered a plain double quarter pounder w/ cheese and a single quarter pounder w/ cheese no pickles, double qpc was not plain and single qpc still had pickles. Felt wrong to give them a rating lower than 3 stars, since the curbsive employee who handed our order was friendly and at least the food was fresh and hot.
