Food wasn't that great and I'm pretty tolerant beef and fried rice tasted off, egg rolls and cheese things were double layered and over fried, family kinda felt nauseous afterwards.

Id give zero stars atp! We have been loyal customers for over 8yrs ordering THE EXACT same plate every single time every month. Family dinner general tso chicken no crab puff, no soup, all egg rolls. Now they “update” their system and i can’t order that plate bc i can’t substitute soup not even for an additional charge. Now i can’t order it bc im 19cents short for delivery, yet last week they said i was short but then put in my tip to the driver and got it delivered. Now this week i can’t do any of that! HORRIBLE customer service! This place is not the same. Just trash now. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I come here often, a very loyal customer which saddens me because the customer service isn’t the best. I get the same thing every time and it’s a hassle to get the sweet and sour sauce for my spring rolls. I’m often given a rude look then handed a cup with barely anything in it. This place is close to my house and the food is good so I continue to come, but the spring roll quantity and size is also very inconsistent. For a company that doesn’t get a lot of business you would think they would at least have pride in having good service :(

Ordered meals online. Got different meals then we ordered , was not a great experience. Would not use their service again . I ordered seafood combination with noodles, received fried rice with two shrimp. Pretty bad

I love their foods. I always get orange beef, crab puffs, walnut shrimp. Amongst the beef from Chinese restaurants, Ming’s has the best beef.

The place was clean. The food was not great, I went here for a quick lunch break. The food tasted reheated. Like it was frozen and then reheated. The rice was gummy-ish and It was not the greatest experiences food wise. Would not return or recommend.

Great food - have tried a lot of Chinese/Asian places in the area and we’ve tried a lot of dishes at Ming’s and this is our go to spot. Such good food and great delivery service! Especially the dumplings/potstickers!

So I bout a Chicken Lo Mein... had a roach in it... when I went to show the lady at the counter.. she gave me my cash back, at my request. The way she reacted tells me this has happened before...safe to say I'll never be eating anything from

One star ONLY because I couldn’t give it half a star. While waiting the lady is cleaning off a table, then sweeps and picks up things off the floor with her bare hands. She didn’t wash her hands afterwards and brought out our food. My husband thought it would be ok because she was only touching the outside of the plates and not the food. The wings were the nastiest we’ve ever had, they were literally just fried without being seasoned with anything. The shrimp fried rice was ok. My husband said that the pepper steak was nasty and didn’t taste like beef and kept spitting it out and stopped eating. The general joes chicken was subpar with no flavor. The best thing was the bottled coke.
Different sauce then what we are used to. Unfortunately we will not be going back.
