Not too busy when I went in. Tge staff were all friendly and interacted great with customers. The restaurant was very clean. The pocket pizza was a good choice. And the No Name Cake delicious.

Pizza is under done, multiple items forgotten. Also, the other night, they had all the chairs and food put up 1 hour before close, and looked at us like we were inconveniencing them to serve us, again, 1 hour before close! This happens often. Watch how they have a robotic response to this post... They don't care!

Been coming here every day and keep coming back. Food is always super tasty, the staff is always so nice and attentive. They know my name and have memorized my order. It’s always nice knowing my food is going to be coming out quick so i can take it home!

This is the 2nd issue I have had. This was worse than the 1st. Not only did my pizza get thrown around, it was left at the door on the the ground. My doorbell wasn't rang and my food was outside for at least 30 minutes, which means it was cold. It seems the only way I get good service is going into the store.

So a friend of my group bought us pizza, but didn't properly communicate how many. We showed up and found out that we had eaten most of what was meant for everyone. We found out once the rest of our friend group arrived. The Staff were super nice and understanding. They then offered to make a pizza on the house for us! Good pizza, good staff. Only complaint is there was one employee who used some harsh language in the bathroom that I overheard.

Walked in; manager and all staff members looked at me but did not say a word. After waiting worker asked me for my request and name. Then walked away to worked on another project. Spoke with the manager Alicia who was unapologetic. My complaint is there is a lack of communication. I would and could have waited if would have said SOMETHING to me instead of staring and walking away.
