Mid at most. Slush consistency is good. Nothing special there. So as their flavoring. Skip the tapioca. Had the Vietnamese frappe. Too sweet. Just condensed milk around the cup. Had the matcha frappe. Don't get this one.

Employee was so friendly (she used to be the manager, can't remember her name aaa) and the drinks were really good, we got two taro milk teas and an avacado one!! ^_^ the place is so cute too. I really enjoyed it.

Customer service is awful and the drinks were even worse. Watered down with no flavor. They also charge $1.00 for non dairy milk. Just awful. Been there twice. Not going back

The boba pearls are hard but the drink isn't completely terrible not very strong tea flavor tho...If I ever go again (probably won't) I'd try the food.Very dirty and moldy it started affecting my throat.
