I’ve gotten takeout twice here and each time my food was hot and fresh! The salad seemed to be on the old side. I normally get the shrimp carbonara or shrimp and chicken cabonara. And of course, the two breadsticks that come with the meal are eaten on the drive home!!!
Had to write a review for my 1st experience at an Olive Garden in Texas. Zach provided the best customer service I've received at a restaurant in a while and my sister and I are definitely sitting in Zach's section next time we go!! He was beyond attentive, super kind and didn't blink twice at anything I had asked for. Ontop of Zach's excellent table side manners, when we first entered it was uncomfortably cold and I had mentioned it to a manager at 1st greeting....
Disappointed! This one has been down hill. Just stepped out of this restaurant. We were a large group 5 children and 3 kids, I kindly told two waitress the plates had a funny smell (literally like a wet dog) , one of them came and said she spoke with the GM and said that was the “dish rinse” and nope, no all plates were smelling the same.
