Had to write a review for my 1st experience at an Olive Garden in Texas. Zach provided the best customer service I've received at a restaurant in a while and my sister and I are definitely sitting in Zach's section next time we go!! He was beyond attentive, super kind and didn't blink twice at anything I had asked for. Ontop of Zach's excellent table side manners, when we first entered it was uncomfortably cold and I had mentioned it to a manager at 1st greeting....
Disappointed! This one has been down hill. Just stepped out of this restaurant. We were a large group 5 children and 3 kids, I kindly told two waitress the plates had a funny smell (literally like a wet dog) , one of them came and said she spoke with the GM and said that was the “dish rinse” and nope, no all plates were smelling the same. Then the food was so delayed, even the table next to us was served before us. Waiter didnt ask for to go boxes or to go cups. We were actually...
This chain just isn't consistent. The prices are very high for pasta, even though you do get large portions. I'm not sure the quality of the food is worth the price either. The service was friendly and very helpful.
