One Stop Nutrition

I recently moved into Harmony and was looking for a local supplement shop, found this one. They have a decent selection, and one of the guys I met in there knew his stuff and seemed like he cared. Their prices are a little on the higher end but I can appreciate they are a small business and the convenience aspect.

I did have a bad experience. I purchased some preworkout which I realized was clumpy and appeared to be old/past due when I opened it upon arriving home. When I went to exchange the item the very next day, I was basically told "it will still work" and there was no real attempt to rectify the situation. Disappointed in my experience with customer service and likely won't be back.

Best smoothie place I've ever been to! I came in After being Lost in the woods for an hour. The guy working the counter was kind from the moment I walked in. Didn't mind explaining the menu as it was my first time. He even gave me a free smoothie!

I love coming here they always have good vibes and the smoothies are always on point! Josh has excellent customer service! There’s not a day where I step in there and that man doesn’t have a smile on his face. Always good conversation with them boys in there. They have great supplements for your nutritional needs, wether it’s mass gainer for bulking up or quality whey protein to get you right for the summer! I recommend anyone to come here and grab a smoothie they are phenomenally delicious!

I paid 48 dollars for this and just noticed I got straight robbed. This is crazy not even a 4th of the container has protein and it’s not opened. That is just bad business. Also recall the guy telling me it was 34 and looked at my statement and he charged over 48 dollars. If you go here make sure you look at what you are getting, and ask for a receipt! I can’t reply to the owners response. I know what he said and it was 34 which I just looked on Amazon and it’s only 31.74 on there…. He marked it up and over charged me big time and there is literally nothing in there. The kid said 34 and then charged me over 48… the fact there is no protein powder in the container is not the only bad part.

This place went beyond my expectations. Jaiden helped me find exactly what I was looking for, when I told him what I needed for weight loss, he took me right to this product with confidence and he knew what he was selling. The product I purchased (Kryp2Lean) itself gets 5 stars. It works better than phentermine (I was taking) at curbing appetite, it gave me extreme alertness and focus plus energy.

The shop is awesome and the prices are generally competitive. Some pricier than others. Great selection all around compared to other supp shops. All the products they sell you can generally trust to work and many of their preworkouts available are REALLY strong so be careful on that selection.Shakes are good and plenty of selections for a quick, macro friendly bite.

Over the years i've been going to different nutrition stores, and I'm never been impressed by sorting and in particular the staff knowledge.One Stop Nutrition is different. I've been going to this store for a good while now. The store is greatly organized, great products, great variety of products. Their staff is also very knowledgeable, I had several good talks with the staff about by needs and we are able to nail down the right products for me.Their smoothies is the icing of the cake.

This new spot ended up being closer to our house than the place we would usually go to so we decided to stop in. We were not disappointed. Great selection and great customer service. The sales guy spent some time with us going over what we wanted and what would be the best option (a sample was given to us to help us decide which flavor we liked best.) He also gave us a free smoothie coupons the end of the purchase. We will definitely be returning.

I have been knowing Daniel since Briar Forest. He runs the store with perfection. He explained what's needed to get into shape you vision. Ryan really was great! It was like I was speaking to Daniel. Best store for your fitness needs.
