I certainly do not want to rain on their parade as they have seemed to have had great reviews. My experience was just the opposite. However I do want to say this is probably the worst time to go to any restaurant on New Year's Eve during their rush hour. I made reservations 10-12 days ahead of time and told them I would be celebrating 50 years of marriage. When we arrive the receptionist could not find the reservation and or it did not seems to be of importance to her. She sat us at a very small table that we could hardly fit in. Other couples came after us and she seated them at much larger tables, so we asked to be moved. When she moved us she did not give us the menus, so we had to go back to the front and ask for them. The server finally came and took our order. My wife ordered a glass of water...they brought her a non-sweet tea. we asked for Blooming Onion which is our favorite. It came and was way over cooked, slight burnt we could not eat it. We asked for additional sauce to mask the burnt portions and it never came. We asked for additional bread it never came. I asked for a refill on my sweet tea it finally arrived but it was unsweet. I stopped a server and asked if he could take a picture of me and my wife, he abruptly said he did not have the time. My Bone-in Ribeye was over cooked burnt in spots. The broccoli was as hard as a rock I had a hard time trying to cut it. Even though we had a horrible experience I would still go back to Outback as it is over-all a good restaurant. We spent our 49th anniversary at the Outback in Humble, Texas which has closed down and the experience was just the opposite. The people their really treated us nice and the food was excellent. Like I said earlier this was a one time experience with Outback and not intended to bashed them. Wrong Time and wrong night I guess. Ruined 50 Wedding Anniversary celebration.

Unfortunately, for the price, this experience did not meet expectations. The onion bloom was very over cooked and overlly oily. When we returned it, it came back just the same. I figure they need to replace their oil. Hard to get refills. The server did not refill. We had to ask 3 different people. Their pork chop glaze was tasty for sure, but the pork chops were tough. The broccoli could also have been steamed more. It was very tough. Steak was mid.

The reviews here are absolutely insane. I wouldâve given a zero if I could. Be ready to payâOutback prices have gone up significantly! 2 entrees, 1 salad, cheese sticks and drinks (one being water). $100 without tip. We frequent a sushi bar in that area and pay about this for 3 entrees, an app, salads for 3, drinks and saki! I was expecting at least good food but it was far from. It was cold and very bland. Not sure who was running the kitchen but we wonât be going here again. If it wasnât for the waiter that was decent, we wouldâve complained but we were just ready to leave.

Iâve not been to Outback very often, but after todayâs experience, I believe Iâll be going more.
Our waiter, Mr. Brayden Breedley was about as kind and knowledgeable as a person could be. We were greeted with a smile, a âWelcome to OutbackâŠâ and a knowledge of the menu that was the best Iâve ever seen.
When the food arrived, both of our steaks were cooked exactly to perfection. My med-rare was just that, pink on the inside and brown on the outside. Her Filet was cooked exactly to med-well as she requested.
The flavor was great. The sides tasted fresh and were good enough to deserve their place on the plate next to the steak.
And the vibe was right on. Relaxed. A place to gather and laugh with friends.
I canât recommend this particular Outback more. Great people! Great food.
Good job.
And again, thanks Brayden for the awesome dining experience!

Our waiter was Aubrey, he did a fantastic job greeting us and answering all of our questions. We ordered the chat grill bone in ribeye, medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Kudos to the cooks! Canât go wrong with the classic Blooming Onion, it was delicious. Wife had Pecan Blue Cheese Chopped salad and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really expensive. Compared to 10 years ago. Prices have doubled and food was not the same . It wasnât bad but for the price I could have went to a higher end stake place. Also had a mango margarita. I did not like it and there was no taste of alcohol. I was unsure if it was virgin or alcoholic beverage.
