The Blumen onion was burned. The salad had hardly any dressing. The steak had no flavor and was dry and the big potato was tiny. The service was friendly and fine.

I really dislike this location. Host is rude and annoyed by you. The waitress is thirsty for tips to the point that $1 was added to my order making it cost more. Every time they asked “can I get you anything else” was forced and followed by a heavy sigh if you actually ask for something. Stay away from this location during the lunch hour it’ll ruin your 1 hr break from work.

I had a great dining experience today. Dre, Daniel and Logan were extremely friendly & accommodating!

Haven’t been to outback in years decided to stop by for lunch. Sat at the bar and had the best experience with Jaecee! Service was amazing and food was great! Adri the manager stopped by to check on us make sure everything was to our liking. Will definitely be back!

Adri and her team at the Grand Parkway location was awesome. Now the blooming onion was not blooming really, but it was edible. Really awesome to have a location to sit out side and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Good food and really great customer service. Friendly. And.... the temperature in the restaurant was perfect. So many in Houston are freezing inside. You can't enjoy your food. I don't go back. But it was perfect here.
