Had a late lunch here today with my family and the food and service was great. My server, Jacob, I believe was his name was very friendly and professional. My only complaint and why I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because as we were getting ready to leave our server offered to box up our leftovers but he ended up dropping everything including the food we intended to take home. Again, our server was great and I realize mistakes happen all the time. My issue was that we paid for that food and there was quite a bit that was dropped. No manager ever came to try and right the wrong or maybe give a coupon or something. Our leftovers was basically equivalent to an entire meal and I left feeling pretty upset. I wish management had made an effort to apologize.

The food was fine and our server was great. My one problem with the place was that we were shown to a table, and the table hadn't been wiped down properly. When I got my menu, I also found food (I think) crusted inside it. And then the host did something I truly hate. I made it clear I wasn't complaining but just letting him know about the dirty menu, and he began to defend himself by telling me that it was the night shift's responsibility to clean or replace them. I honestly don't care who didn't do what; all he needed to do was acknowledge the information and follow-up on it however he chose.

Service was very poor. Had a trainee with his trainer get my drink order, then returned with my water. I tried to get the trainee’s attention to let him know I was ready to order and he walked right past me. Then I let his trainer know I was ready to order, and he says “I got you” and then walked off. I waited another 8-10 minutes and nobody came, so I walked out.I’ve eaten here before and had average service but this time it was extremely subpar. Both trainee and trainer lacked basic courtesy skills.It was disappointing to say the least.

The team really prevented this from being a 1 star. Our waitress and Q were awesome. But the food was a big time let down and I really enjoy the other outbacks. Overcooked Mac n cheese bites, tough bottom layered bread, soggy salad and my go to for sides which is Mac n cheese was bland in comparison to other times.

We frequented this establishment when they first opened, as we have been fans of Outback SteakHouse. On our most recent visit there seemed to be a gnat infestation, to the point where we could not keep them off of the food that we had ordered. I brought this up to what I thought was the manager, and the only response I got was that they knew about the problem, and have told the manager several times but he doesn’t wasn’t to fix it. Not the response I was expecting.Our waitress was responsive and welcoming and did a great job, and the food was actually better than it has been, but the nonchalant response about the gnats didn’t set right with me
