The food is prepared with care and patience and the staff/waitress is gracious, polite, dependable and efficient. I had arranged a surprise for my wife after we ate lunch and both ordered desert. After I was served "my desert," Aisha, our waitress brought out a Happy Birthday cake and the staff sang happy birthday as my shell-shocked wife blew out the candles.
