Apparently this place had me rolling on how I really felt about this place that I went to far and wrote a whole essay... too much for Yelp. I don't even think I was ever this inspired when I was in school to write an essay. So I'll be breaking it in two or as many times I have to to warn y'all..well it didn't allow me to add more stuff so I will post pics of the actual review hope that helps. Where do I begin... Food? Environment? Equipment failure? Customer service? Wish people would leave warning reviews to save others. Would've saved me money and an embarrassment. I booked a party room to celebrate my sons 5th birthday. Since my son is a fruit lover and I also wanted something my guest could munch on before pizza considering that we had an early party. I thought it'll be a great idea to bring a fruit tray, however I was told I couldn't bring no outside food and I had to order from their kitchen if not, then "their kitchen couldn't serve us, for liability reasons", etc. (Which was fine because package included two large pizzas). That's when they offered a fruit tray, they had a small and large, they said the small one could feed 20-30 people. I had booked the party for 10 kids, however one didn't show up. So I had 9 kids and 7 adults. I couldn't believe they had the audacity to actually bring out what they called "fruit" tray out. Which is why I think they didn't tell me they had brought that out. They had just dropped it off in the room while we were playing. The produce on that tray did not look all fresh or appetizing, my son who's a fruit lover wasn't even interested in that. It didn't look it could feed for than 5 people to be honest. It was small, small. The white grapes were brown, which are signs of lack of refrigeration. The pineapple wasn't peeled correctly still had the outside, ( which was brought up to my attention later and didn't take a picture of that, unfortunately). The mandarins were gross, whoever peeled them must of been angry cause they were holding in to them too tight they were wet, like they had just grabbed them squeezed them and put them on the tray. The watermelon balls, were not all balls maybe had one ball, if that and it wasn't even a lot of pieces. The blueberry container, which was small wasn't even filled to top, bearly made it half way. That was truly a waste of $30.

My nephew had his fifth birthday party here. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. Not only do they provide food but decorations as well but it is BYOB. Between the laser tag and mini-golf, my nephew was thoroughly excited!

I understand about Omicron precautions but this place is repeatedly closed when say that they're open, with no sign posted on the entrance door. We just arrived to an empty parking lot. It happened to us on two separate occasions. I highly suggest that you call before you head out because if they are closed you'll be the last to know until the day of.

We reserved a private party for my daughter’s 11th birthday, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful throughout. The facility was very clean and there were so many activities for the kids they were having fun the entire time. The laser tag area was a lot of fun, as well as the playing castle and indoor mini golf. Highly recommended for a party and we’ll definitely go again!

OMG amazing place had lots of fun and great experiences all the staff are super nice young people . Can wait to come back because it’s cheap compared to other places. Totally worth it .

Called multiple times no answer. Visited at various hours. I am trying to book a party with absolutely no response. Not sure what's going on, no sign is posted outside, the voicemail doesn't accept messages. Don't waste your time.

We hosted our 7 year old’s birthday yesterday after attending a few parties there before. Very nice to have everything taken care of. Our hosts, Travis and Mark, were super helpful. All the kids seemed to have a great time.

Extremely frustrated with this establishment. I was told it’s open Monday to Friday to the public and closed for private events on weekends. So I drive an hour one way and an hour back to get my kids and bring them here. And the door is locked and closed for a private event. That contradicts what I was told on the phone and verified it would be open Friday to the public. May be fun, but I can’t get into the place.
This place is so fun! The owners and staff are very friendly and really care about your kids and experience. Great place for birthdays!

Well so far I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone via phone call. To ask the questions that I need to ask regarding a package deal that I would like to book for my kids birthday part for next month. I have not been to this location and I would like to. But so far that’s why I rated one star. If I am able to get ahold of someone and actually get to book the party, I will make another review regarding the experience.

This place is awesome!! There’s so much to do!! The laser tag is incredible! It’s a huge course! Great food, super helpful staff and owners. We all had a blast!! Even did an adults only laser tag. Fun for all ages!! Highly recommend!!

I would like to take my granddaughter tomorrow.Web site says open 10-6.I called to verify and recorded phone message says 9-9.I called around 7:30 PM, option to get live person failed to get anyone.Open? Closed? Party's only? Laser Tag Equipment Fully Functional?Edit for Owner Response:It's true that's what the website says. The problem was that the phone option said 9-9 with no qualifiers about parties. If you read your reviews you will see other people have been confused as well, showing up before 10:00.When I called just now the phone option has been removed, removing the confusing. So evidently you saw the problem and made a change. Why not admit the mistake?There are certainly other places we can go and will follow your advice. Thanks for response.

We loved Palava before the pandemic AND WE LOVE THEM NOW. Thoughts: plan a trip with maximum effort: round up a gaggle of children (with permission), BYOB, order some DoorDash, and let the kids sweat themselves into an early bedtime. The folks at Palava deserve our support and love. You deserve a chill day. It's truly win-win.
